Love like never before

Chapter 21: SEIYA POV

I woke up the next morning with the sun shining on my face. I groaned slightly from a small headache and my mouth felt dry. I squinted my eyes open slowly and looked around confused.

This wasn't my bedroom?

Then I remembered I stayed at Terra's last night, and we almost.....
I gasped and lifted the covers to reveal that I still had on my bra and underwear. I sighed and relief before frowning confused. I could have sworn I fell asleep with my skirt on. I sat up and looked around to see my skirt laying on the floor and I got out of bed and put on my clothes before stepping out of the room. I walked to the kitchen to find Terra at the stove cooking with her back to me and singing along to the song on the radio that I didn't understand because it was in Spanish, though it did sound catchy.

I walked in closer , drawn in by the  delicious smell and Terra turned around and spotted me.

"Oh you're awake. I was gonna come get you when I finished."

"Why was my skirt on the floor when I know I slept in it?" I asked her suddenly. I know we didn't do anything but still.....

She looked at me confused for a minute before responding. "Oh in your sleep you were mumbling something about it's to hot and you started taking your skirt off, before sighing and falling back asleep." She explained chuckling at the end.

I put my hand to my head and frowned. "I don't remember doing that." I say softly and rubbed my head, trying to remember it, but trying to think about anything right now  just made my head hurt more.

Terra sat a pill and a glass of water on the counter. "Here that might help, along with some food. I hope you like omelets." She replied grinning and sat a plate at her island table.
I walked up to the glass and took the pill and drunk the water in huge gulps while I sat down in front of the food.

I sat the empty glass down and sighed feeling a bit better. "Thanks and I think I should stay away from wine or whatever that drink is you had last night." I say shaking my head as I grabbed my fork. Terra refilled my glass back up before coming to sit by me with her own plate.

"So normal alcohol makes you aloof while wine makes you.......hot?" Terra said raising an eyebrow before laughing and I groaned before eating my breakfast.

After I ate , I felt much better and I grabbed my phone off the living room table where I left it and looked to see I had 6 missed calls, 4 voice mails and 10 messages from Taiki and Yaten. I clicked on one of the voicemails to listen and it was Taiki telling me that our manager wanted to see us in his office today at 1:30. It was already 11 now.

"Shit." I said and went to go put on my shoes.

"Gotta go?" Terra asked as she dried her hands from washing the dishes.

"Yeah I do. I have a meeting at 1:30 so I need to hurry home and change."
I tell her as I rebuckle the straps in my wedge sandals.

"Okay no problem drive safely." Terra said with a smile as she approached me and kissed my lips. I smiled before turning around feeling like I forgot something.

"Wait. I didn't drive here." I say turning to her. "You have to take me home." I say and she smiled.

"Oh yeah I forgot that." She said looking at me sheepishly. We both were quiet as we looked at each other before we broke into a fit of laughter. Terra grabbed her car keys and quickly we both ran out the door.

Terra dropped me off and I kissed her cheek and thanked her for the date before I quickly hopped out the car and ran up the steps to my house.
