So I'm Natalie and this story takes place when I was sixteen. I was a junior in high school and I lived in Hawkins Indiana with my cousin Steve. Some would say he's the pretty boy in town. The jackass as well. I'm the relative of king Steve. I know what a douche nickname right. Well people in this town know that I'm completely and utterly off limits. That is until Billy Hargrove moved to town. So buckle up it's a bumpy ride.
Steve drove us to school today. We were both sitting in the not. Not quite heading into school yet, and I heard the car before I seen him. Steve and I both got out of his car and looked at the blue Camaro coming up the asphalt of the student parking lot. I honestly wasn't prepared for the guy that got out of that Camaro.
He is hot. Like holy shit. Sexy as fuck. He is tall and his brown eyes almost sparkled in the sunlight. His curly long hair draped perfectly around his shoulders of his denim jacket, and don't even get me started on the way his jeans hugged his perfectly sculpted ass.
I almost swallowed my tongue when he looked at me instead of any of the other girls checking him out. His slight smile was even perfect and I couldn't stop myself from blushing as I smiled at him.
"No."
I looked at Steve as his single word came out of his mouth. Clearly irritating me. I couldn't help but sigh heavily and roll my eyes at Steve.
"No what Steve?" I said with my clear irritation covering my face and showing in my voice.
"Absolutely not Natalie."
I rolled my eyes again at Steve and looked back over to the hot guy who was still looking at me and smiling. He clearly heard the conversation. I couldn't help but blush and bite my lip at his smile. I couldn't help but stare at his ass as he walked away either. More like a perfect glide honestly.
"No Natalie. I mean it. That guy is bad news."
I looked at Steve and grabbed my backpack. "Oh come on Steve. How would you possibly know that? You don't even know his name."
Steve walked with me to the school. "I don't need to know him. Bad guys all give off the same vibe."
I couldn't help but laugh at Steve's words.
"Vibe? Really Steve? What vibe does he give off from across the parking lot. Also I didn't say I was going to go for him, but he is hot."
I didn't let Steve even say anything back to me. I just shut my locker and headed to class. I knew know matter what I said Steve would have a come back for everything. He always does. My love life is simply non existent since I moved here years ago. Honestly steve makes sure of it. He seriously pisses me off. It's not like i was ever interested in any guys in Hawkins. So it was never really an issue. Until now.
"Hey Nat."
I looked over and smiled at Mike. "Hey Mike." I said as I walked into my first class. I took my seat in the back and sighed. I freaking hate math. I suck at math. Like really bad. I'm a grade a dumbass when it comes to numbers. I'm definitely a Harrington. That's for sure. I managed to get through class without being called on once. Thank god!
I didn't have a single class with the new guy, but Steve did. Which told me the new guy was a year older then me. I heard about it the entire lunch.
"He Punked me Nat. He pretty much told me he doesn't care what I say. He fucking tripped me. He made me look like an idiot in front of the entire gym."
I couldn't help but sigh. "I'm sure your over reacting Steve. It couldn't have been that bad."
Steve's irritation showed quite visibly on his face. "Oh trust me I'm sure Nat. He had plenty of fucking questions about you."
