The thing was fast and within less then two minutes I went flying. I went up into the air and crashing through a window. The glass shattering around me immediately cut my head slightly. I didn't pay attention to the pain though.

When I landed and rolled a few more times I finally jumped up running throughout the mall.

*Run and stay hidden. It will keep looking for you giving El time. Just stay hidden.

I took a steady deep breath as I shook my head and concentrated. Every few minutes I would grab something throwing it the opposite way of where I was hidden. That didn't last very long though. The monster seen my arm the fifth time I tried to trick it.

The instant it seem my arm I went flying across the mall. My body spiraling in the air multiple times before I finally landed and slid back until my back slammed into the food booth.

"AUGH." I grunted as I slowly stood up.

"COME ON!!!" I screamed bloody murder at the monster. It took one big step roaring at me before the firework went off in its face making it screech out.

*what the fuck?

I looked around and groaned the instance I seen everyone. They looked at me and simultaneously threw a firework at the monster exploding it in its face.

"What the fuck Nat!" Billy said angrily.

I looked at Billy sighing. "You guys aren't supposed to be here." I said in a low voice looking at Billy.

"Don't be fucking stupid."

I looked at Billy rolling my eyes. "This is on me. This is because of kai. This is something I need to finish. I don't expect you or anyone else to get it."

The second I seen the tentacle coming straight for Billy's back I pushed Billy out of the way as hard as I possibly could. He flew and landed on his ass. The tentacle Kept coming and I ducked down as fast as I could. Barely dodging in time. More fireworks went off making the monster stumble backwards slightly as it screeched out again.

When Billy stood back up I grabbed him throwing him against the wall as I shielded him with my body.

*why the fuck did they have to show up?

Mike grabbed an axe and started hitting the tentacle while Nancy shot it a few times with her shot gun. Neither one of them fazed the monster though. It seemed like it was just pissing it off more. When Nancy ran out of bullets and looked at the monster I knew she was about to die.

I ran in front of Nancy and the monster flung Mike back making him hit the wall and loose hold of the ax. However I didn't expect for the monster to grab my ankle. As soon as the tentacle wrapped around my ankle I fell foward smacking the floor hard as fuck.

I could feel myself being drug backwards and up into the air but at the last second Billy ran over grabbing my arms. I held onto his arms and I looked at him. He was pulling me towards him and the monster was pulling me towards it. I was being pulled back and forth and it honestly didn't feel good. Like at all.

"Ahhhhhh." Billy screamed as he was trying to hold me. Everyone ran over grabbing a hold of me. Trying to help Billy. I didn't know if my legs or my arms hurt worse from the pulling motion from both ends. I just knew it hurt.

Nancy reloaded and started started shooting again. Lucas grabbed the ax and ran over hitting the tentacle as hard as he could with the ax repeatedly. I started screaming from the pulling and jolting sensation causing me pain.

The monster was so strong I could see everyone's feet sliding as they were being slowly pulled too. None of them gave up though. No one let me go. Nancy kept shooting and Lucas kept using the ax until a few hits later lucas severed the tentacle.
