"Your finally awake." Liv said with a smile as she walked into the room.

"Glad to see your alive." Luke said with a grin.

Billy looked over with a confused expression. "Who the fuck are you two?"
"Don't be mean Billy. This is Liv and Luke. Kai's brother and sister. They are the only reason your even alive. They knew how to get Kai out of you. I didn't."

Billy looked at them and instantly dropped his head on regret.

"Shit I'm sorry. Thank you. Really I appreciate it."
Liv smiled at Billy's regret. "It's okay. Kai is a lunatic. I'm sorry for everything's he's done to both of you. I am happy your okay."

After a while Liv and Luke left after we all said our goodbyes. The group stopped by to visit Billy after a while.

"Billy."

Billy looked over at the door and seen max standing in the door way. Tears quite visible.

"Hey don't cry kid. I'm okay. I promise. Come here."

Max ran over running to Billy hugging him. Billy hugged her back smiling.

"I'm okay. I swear."

After a few hours everyone left. Leaving Billy and me.

"You get to go home tomorrow. Are you happy about that?" I asked.
"Yeah. I am."

I looked at Billy nodding my head. Not saying anything else.

"Hey." Billy said lightly as he grabbed my hand making me jump slightly. The second I did he pulled back sitting up in bed.

"I'm sorry. I never meant to fucking hurt you. I didn't know what I was doing. It wasn't me. I didn't mean to hurt you and the Heather thing. That wasn't me. You have to believe me."

I looked at Billy nodding my head. "I do. I know. It's okay. I know it wasn't really you doing those things."

Billy looked at me and slightly tilted his head as he stared at me.

"But your still scared of me?"
"No I'm not. I'm not Billy I promise. It's just. What happened. I almost died. I had internal bleeding. If Eddie didn't take me to the hospital we wouldn't even be having this conversation. I'm not scared of you. I just don't necessarily trust fast movements now."

Billy looked at me with tears in his eyes.

"Why are you still here? Why do you always see the good in me when I do so bad? Why don't you give up on me?"

I looked at Billy and sighed "I don't give up on people I love. Besides everytime you've done something horrible, it's never actually really been you doing them. It was either kai or the mind flayer. Never Billy. I love you and I just wanna get back to us. Before all this crazy shit happened."

Billy looked at me gently caressing my cheek "we will I promise."

I looked at Billy smiling.

"So I was thinking first thing next week. We can leave. Move to California. I mean I already got into college and when we was broken up I picked up my diploma. Then you can finish school and enroll with me."

I looked at Billy biting my lip but not saying anything.

"Your not coming are you."
"I am. I wanna be with you. I don't care if that's here, California or on a boat in the middle of the pacific. I wanna be with you, but I wanna finish school here. Have a few months left with Steve. Unless he decides to move with us. Graduate with nancy and Eddie."

Billy nodded his head and sighed "but your coming to California when you graduate right?"
"As soon as I get my diploma not a second longer."

Billy smiled at me and nodded his head. "Deal. I can get us a place and everything by the time you come down so we don't have to live with max and her mom. I already talked to Eddie. He said he would move with us. All the California baddies he couldn't pass up he said."

I looked at Billy and started laughing and crying at the same time.

"Hey. I wasn't lying when I said I plan on marrying you. You think a few possessions can keep us apart. Your crazy. It's a few months. We can do that no problem. I'll go to California enrol in school. Get a place. You graduate and then we can start our lives together. Nothing can get in the way of that anymore."

I looked at Billy nodding my head as he wiped my tears away kissing me. After the kiss ended he pulled me down holding me in his hospital bed until we both drifted off to sleep.

When Billy finally got released I took him straight home where everyone was waiting for him. We all spent the whole day together hanging out, goofing off and eating pizza.

"So we have to talk to you guys." Billy said smiling as he pulled me down onto his lap.

"What's up?" Steve asked raising his eyebrows. I looked at everyone and bit my lip.

"Me and max are moving to California. When Nat graduates her and Eddie are moving with us."

Everyone looked at us but not saying anything.

"Yeah but it's good. California is great and you guys can come for summer every year." Max chimed in smiling and grinning.

"Yeah and we was hoping that you would move with us steve. Even you Gareth when you graduate. I know you still have a year until then but it would be great."

Gareth smiled at me nodding his head.

"I'm not moving to California Nat."

I looked at Steve with a sad hurt expression. "What why? Are you mad at me?" I asked with tears in my eyes. Steve smiled at me shaking his head.

"What no. Of course not Nat. It's just I got into a community college near Nancy's school. So I'm gonna move with her. Besides we can both live our own lives now. This is a good thing. Even if it doesn't seem like it."

I looked at Steve with tears in my eyes still "I've never been away from you for more then a week. Even if we're fighting we're still around each other."

Steve looked at me smiling. "I know but this is a good thing. We both can find out where we belong in the world. That doesn't mean we won't ever see each other. I'll come visit during breaks and summers."

I looked at Steve nodding my head mumbling an okay.

"Besides Nat we have now until you graduate."

I looked at Steve smiling and Nancy handed me a folder. "What's this?" I asked.

Nancy smiled at me "study tips and points with flash cards and stuff. Steve said you needed a little help but didn't wanna ask."

I looked at Nancy smiling "thanks."
"No problem. Just study your ass off. If you still need a little help just ask. I can help you and get you set for graduation." I looked at Nancy smiling.

A few hours later everyone left and I moved on Billy's lap putting my head down on his shoulder.

"You okay princess?"
"Yeah. Just weird. I never thought me and Steve would end up living in different states. I always thought he would be around you know."

Billy kissed my forehead lightly. "Come on let's go to bed."

I got up off of Billy's lap and he grabbed my hand leading me into the bedroom.
