I was awake when max jumped awake from her nightmare. I was back to barely sleeping again.

"Hey are you okay?" I asked her as she looked over at me with tears in her eyes from the dream.

"It's happening again." She replied. Which told me her dreams of Billy were still happening. I looked at her and nodded my head. "Headaches, nightmares, nosebleeds. Anything else or is that it?"

I was talking so I didn't notice max's eyes going completely white as she sat up in bed.

"Max are you okay?"

Max didn't say anything. She just sat completely still as her eyes were white and moving rapidly.

"MAX!" I yelled with tears starting to come down my face. I started shaking her as I looked at her.

*no no no. Not max too. Wake up please.

When max opened her eyes again she was panting and holding onto me.

"Max what happened?"

Max stayed in my arms and mumbled "a vision and a clock." She mumbled. I held onto her and looked down at her.

"Okay that's bad. If Nancy is right then we have two days tops to save you."

Max looked at me chuckling as if saying yeah that will work. "How are we supposed to do that?" She asked me curiously.

I looked at max and sighed "we're going through the gate tomorrow to kill that thing and save you. I'm not letting you die." I mumbled as I got up from the bed going for some coffee.

"What do you mean?" Max asked as she followed closely behind me. I sighed as I made my cup of coffee sitting down.

"Exactly what I said. Let me think max."

Max sat down not saying anything as she looked at me. I could feel her staring at me but I didn't say anything. I just sipped my coffee while in heavy deep thought. Once I swallowed my last drink of coffee I sighed.

"I got it." I said lowly. Max looked at me and got up from the table to get the group.

"So what's the plan?" Steve asked once everyone was inside. I looked at max and she smiled "I have know idea. She hasn't told me."

I looked at max and had to bit my lip from laughing at her smart ass self. I looked around the group and told them the plan. "We go through the gate. You all kill the thing while it's busy with max. That will give you guys time to get it done. That's when I come in to help max."

Everyone looked at me and Steve sighed "and if it doesn't work?" Steve asked me.

"That's a bad plan Nat." Eddie mumbled.
"A really bad plan. What if the thing kills max before we even get in?" Gareth asked.

I couldn't help but sigh at the lack of faith in my plan. "That's why I'll be there dumbasses. He wants me more then anything. Which means if I show up he will leave max alone and let her go. So he can stop me from getting away."

Everyone looked at me but Steve was the one to sigh heavily "okay fine. So when does this happen exactly?" He asked.

"Tomorrow. Tonight we get ready. Look I know it seems like a bad plan but it's the only thing we got. He won't expect us to go to him. Besides I trust Nat."

I looked at max smiling "thank you max."
"Just don't let me die." Max said with a smile.

*always gotta ruin the moment max

"How do we kill the thing?" Robin asked looking around the room.

I looked at robin scratching my head. "Well that's the thing. I'm not sure, but fire worked for the demogorgon. So let's hope that's what works for this new monster."
