The second I hit kai in the head I took off running. He was pretty close behind me though. I was running as fast as I could. I was still coughing from the fire, but I didn't stop once or slow down. I hit him hard and the amount of blood dripping down his face was helping me put some distance in-between us. He was having a hard time seeing from the amount of blood. Not much distance but some.

I ran out onto the main road almost getting hit by a car but somehow I managed to not get smacked by that car. I couldn't make out the car but I wasn't going to ask for help.

The last people that seen something ignored it. Plus I didn't want anyone else to die. I could hear Kai's heavy feet close behind me. I didn't look back I just kept running. As fast as I possibly could. I didn't care about the pain from my neck or my arm. I just kept running. I had made it zig zagged down a few side streets. Trying to confuse kai. The second I seen the abandoned house I flung the gate open and went for it.

I twisted the door handle and thankfully it was unlocked. I flung the door open so hard I fell into the house and onto the floor still having a hold of the door knob. I jumped up shutting the door shut and before I could lock the door it flung open almost hitting me in the face.

The second I seen kai I turned and ran the opposite direction. The house had to have a back door. I just had to find it.

It didn't take him long to catch me and grab my ankle. My fucked up ankle at that. Which I'm sure he did that very intentionally and on purpose. The moment he grabbed that ankle and squeezed hard I screamed dropping to the ground. He didn't let up though. He grabbed my ankle and yanking me backwards as I rolled trying to kick him. He dodged the kick though by the last second, and grabbed me by my hair pulling me up to my feet and slamming me against the hard doorway.

"When are you going to fucking learn. You belong to me and only me. STOP FUCKING RUNNING FROM ME NATALIE!"

I couldn't help but cry as kai grabbed my throat as I was pinned. He tried kissing me but I turned my face at the last second. Which pissed him off more. His body was pressed up against mine.

Barely giving my stomach room to expand. His grip was still hard around my throat. When his thumb grazed my bottom lip I took the chance I had and I clamped down as hard as I possibly could. I grabbed his thumb in between my teeth and I bit down. With force. Like this bite was my only chance at survival.

The second I bit down he screamed and tightened his grip on my throat. Making me gasp while he was turning me. He had a hold of my throat so hard that he lifted me up from the ground. Which made his hand tighten even more, and his head went back and flung foward as he head butted me as hard as he possibly could in the face.

The second he made contact with me I flew backwards across the room. Like I flew. Hard. Pain radiating in my entire face. I was pretty sure he broke my nose, from how bad it hurt. I landed hard onto the floor crying out in pain as I grabbed a hold of my nose.

"UHHH OWWWW!"

Kai closed the distance in seconds getting on top of me. As he grabbed a hold of my wrists pinning them down, he used his free hand to wrap around my throat. He used his knees spreading my legs open and all I could do was cry and struggle for breath.

When the door to the house flung open kai and I both looked over.

"Get your god damn hands off of her now!"

*Oh my god. He's here.

Everyone else ran in after Billy and seen kai on top of me as Billy started walking towards us. Kai groaned getting up and walking straight for Billy.
