I waited a few long minutes to make sure vecna didn't resurface. He never did which told me the plan worked and he was dead. He couldn't come after max now. I grabbed the gun wrapping it's strap on me and set out for Eddie's trailer. I was about seven miles from his place.

It was going to be a long walk. So I started walking. Started slowly making my way through the upside down as I kept looking around just in case I seen max. I wasn't sure how far max had got but I wanted to look just in case she didn't make it far.

When nat shot vecna it gave me the escape I needed. I didn't wanna leave her but we had a plan. I was to run and get to Eddie's trailer and wait. So that's what I did I ran until I couldn't run any more. I was anxiously looking around.

Sure this was Hawkins but this was a way creepier version of Hawkins which creeped me out. I was walking slowly through the fog when I heard something. Which made me jump and turn to look behind me.

"Nat is that you?" I called out in a shaky voice.

"No it's me." I heard from somewhere in front of me. The voice sounded like Billy but that wasn't possible. He was dead. I turned around looking and Billy was walking towards me. He had Nancy, Robin and Steve with him which told me I wasn't hallucinating.

I stopped dead in my tracks as I looked straight at Billy. I could feel my tears steaming heavily down my face as I stared at him completely frozen in my place.

"BILLY!!" I screamed out through my tears. I could see his own tears in his own eyes as he looked at me smiling. I didn't wait a moment more. I took off running straight for my brother I thought was dead. I didn't stop either.

I ran until I ran straight into Billy wrapping my arms around him crying. I hit Billy so hard he let out a rough grunt from the impact, but he didn't say anything about it. He just wrapped his arms around me hugging me so tight it felt like he was going to pop a bone of mine.

I could see Eddie, Nancy, Steve and Robin all looking at us smiling wide. When Billy broke the hug I was still crying looking at him.

"H-How?" I stuttered over my words.

Billy reached up lightly wiping one of my many tears away. "Hey don't cry I'm right here. Where's Natalie?"

I shook my head at his question. "I don't know. We got seperated. She said if this happened I needed to wait at Eddie's and she would find me."

Billy nodded his head at me as he looked at me with a soft expression. "I promise max I will explain everything, but first we gotta go. We have to find Nat. Come on."

Billy wrapped his arm around me and I sunk into his side as all of us traveled the distance to Eddie's to wait for Natalie.

I didn't know where max was but we had a plan. So I was sticking to it. I was over half way to Eddie's when the voice stopped me dead in my tracks.

"Hello angel."

I turned my head slowly as my eyes locked with Kai's. I could feel the tears instantly welling up in my eyes.

"No. No your dead. Your not real. Your not really here. Your dead." I said through a small stutter of worry and confusion.

"Your right I am dead, but things here in the upside down are magical angel. This place brings your biggest fears alive. Which for you just happens to be me." Kai said with a huge smile plastered on his evil face.

"NOOOO!" I screamed. Magical for Kai was definitely not a good thing.

"Lots of magic natalie." Kai said as his smile faded turning to a more angered look as he looked at me moving his hand slightly to the side. The second he did that my body lifted from the ground and I was thrown into a tree hard as fuck. The impact and the drop made me gasp for air.
