Chapter 12

Maxine's POV

Woke up suddenly when I felt a hand gripping my ass. There. A beautiful angel sleeping soundly while grinning devilishly.

Even though I'm wearing clothes, I can still feel the warmth of her hand.

I decided na bumangon na before something strange happen to me. I removed her hand na nagiging malikot na slowly. This girl is really something. She looks like an angel but its opposite.

She's really weird.

Sometimes I don't understand her. Her actions and her words are really confusing.

But I felt happines when she told me that I am her crush.

Its not new naman that a girl has a crush on me but knowing that Florencio is one of them, I don't know what to feel. I remember the day when she told me about it. I'm too stunned to reply on her message.

After my morning rituals, tumungo na ako sa kitchen. I am not really a good cook but knowing that Florencio loves to eat, I tried cooking and fortunately her sweet mom taught me. But still I'm no good.

I fried the rice na natira namin kagabi and then prepare eggs, ham, and hotdog. Nagfry na rin ako ng eggplant para may gulay. As for me, I prepare caesar salad.

"Hmmm bango naman. Anong niluluto mo?"

I heard Florencio's voice thats why napalingon ako sa kaniya. Parang may something sa throat ko. I gulped. Does she have an idea that she's super hot right now?

She's wearing an oversized shirt. I don't know if she's wearing any shorts kasi hindi kita dahil sa damit niya.

"Hoy okay ka lang? Namumula ka?", she asked.

"I-Its hot", I answered then continue preparing the foods.

"Ow. Sorry. Niluto mo itong lahat?", she asked again. Isn't it obvious?

"What do you think?", I said and mentally rolled my eyes.

Kamay lang niya ang may injury hindi ang head. Tss.

"Bango naman ng niluto mo panigurado lahat ito masarap", she said while smiling.

She looks like a child na bibigyan mo ng gift. She looks excited.

"Don't overreact. I didn't do anything special. I only fried it", pagsusungit ko.

"Eeh? Kahit na. Prito man ito o hindi ay masarap pa rin lalo na ikaw ang nagluto. Marami ata ang makakain ko nito", she replied.

Her words are really something. I don't know why but it makes my heart happy. I have a lot of friends naman but Florencio is somehow different. I feel peace and comfort whenever I'm with her.

"Lets eat", tanging nasabi ko na lang.

"Yan lang kakainin mo?", she asked.

"Yeah", I replied.

She didn't ask me na ulit. I think she knows naman that I'm not a heavy eater kapag morning.

I keep on staring at her while she's busy eating the food that I prepared. Sometimes I wonder, ang lakas lakas niya kumain so how can she maintain her figure?
