I absolutely HATE coming up with a title.

Sirius was taken captive by the rebelling kingdom.
No matter how many times he'd told them that their kidnapping is fruitless, the rebels didn't listen and dragged him all the way to King Lupin's throne room.

Remus was intrigued, to put simply.
The crown prince of the tyrannical Black Kingdom had not shown a sliver of fear from the second he entered enemy grounds. Not a whimper. Not a cry.
Not even when the rebels made him bow his head at Remus' presence. His grey eyes stay trained at the king. Sharp and unyielding.
"Do you have no fear ?!" A gruff man shoves him. "The Wolf King has slain millions. He will bring your kingdom to the ground !"
"I have experienced fear that makes this a walk in the garden." Sirius smirks.
The rebels holding him were about to teach him a lesson but Remus raises his hand.
"Stop."
The whole room stiffens. Sirius could feel the men around him quiver.
"I'll deal with him myself." The king says, stepping down his mighty throne. "You all may enjoy the dinner I've prepared."
"Your majesty, we can deal with him for you." They roughly pull Sirius' hair. "My king shall not be bothered by him."
Remus hadn't said anything but his silence made the temperature go down a few degrees. The rebels held their breath, fearing they've angered him. What would be of them if he was ?
"I said, I will deal with him myself." Remus taps the wrist holding Sirius. "If you lay hands on him one more time, I'll deal with YOU. And you would not like it if I do."
Sirius was finally left untouched. The rebels scurry off to the dinner.
"What will you do to me ?" The Prince asks.
It was impossible to read the King's gaze. After a moment, Remus turns away.
"Come. We should speak somewhere... private."

Sirius had heard of Remus and his appetite in the battlefield. He was a brilliant strategist and a better mercenary. In fact, he rose into kingship because the previous king was impressed with his skills. His adoption and the old king's line ending lead to his succession.
King Lupin's strong military and strategic location by the sea were also the reasons why Sirius' kingdom craved to acquire it. Seeing that Remus wasn't backing down, no matter how many threats were posed against him, the Blacks had taken a different route.
They took over the lands, the Lupin's neighboring kingdoms and created an alliance. Though most of the kingdoms were unwilling participants, they don't have much choice. The combined troops push in closer to the Lupin's borders each day.
"And that is where you come in." Remus says, pointing to the map between them. "You shall be my bargaining chip. They back off in exchange for their precious heir."
Sirius sighs. "King Lupin, I've told your henchmen, you've got the wrong prince."
Remus stops his pacing. The library gine quiet without the footsteps. "You are Sirius Black."
"Yes. But they could care less if I'm gone. My little brother on the other hand.... you'd achieve your goal with him."
Remus had so many questions. What had his parents done to him ? Were the Blacks as evil as they seem to their children ? Their own flesh and blood ?
