THE PRINCE (Ryeji fanfiction)

CHAPTER 17

In the span of a month, Ryu and Yeji managed to make a lot of progress on their wedding preparation. Having no brakes, the two got exhausted and decided to rest for a few days.

"what do we have for today?" Ryu asked, sitting at the dining table.

"I ordered take outs." Yeji joins him on the table.

"nice!" Ryu smiles at her. "can I play?"

"go ahead. I'll prepare the food when it's here." Yeji then watch him walk towards the living area. And so, Yeji just play with her phone.

After some minutes, the food has arrived. As she said, she let Ryu play while she prepare their food.

"babe..." Yeji called, walking towards him. "Ryu..."

"one minute."

Yeji decided to act on his naughty mind. She goes in front of Ryu and sits on his lap facing him. Ryu is too focused on the game; he just adjust to her position. Yeji snuggles on his neck while taking some chance to tease him by kissing on his neck.

"okay, okay... I'll wrap this up." Ryu chuckles. He takes off his headphones and without hesitation, stands up and carry his girlfriend towards the dining table as Yeji clings onto him. "get down."

"nope." Yeji tightened her embrace like a koala on a tree branch.

"the food is getting cold." Ryu chuckles. "we can cuddle later."

And so, they starts eating.

"you said you have schedules in France." Yeji asked.

"I thought you forgot. It's in a week. They booked us a hotel but if you wanna look around the other and stay in for a few days, I can take care of that." Ryu informed.

"lets split that. you're doing it again." Yeji raised an eyebrow.

"oh, okay. I'm sorry." Ryu lowers his head.

"Ryu..."

"hm?" Ryu looks up again, pausing his eating.

"do you have something to tell me?" Yeji softly said. "I'm not accusing you or anything. I just want you to open up more. Tell me your feelings. No pressure, though. I want you to feel comfortable."

Ryu just nods.

"I feel peaceful. Most of the times, I feel like everything doesn't go my way." Ryu starts. He looks at Yeji. "I might have done something... that's also one of the reasons why I ended things with Karina."

Yeji feels uneasy. She's wondering why he brought her up."

"I actually don't know what happened, but, I think I'm not virgin anymore." He nervously said.

"um... okay?" Yeji is confused. Was that the thing that bothered him? "go on."

"you're not mad? Aren't you curious about something?" Ryu is also confused. Based on his experience, his ex are all curious.

"well, I'm curious why did you bring that up. most of my ex are not virgin, Ryu." Yeji assured him. "I'm not mad."

"sorry to ask, but, do you need or want some sexual intercourse?" Ryu paused. "I mean, after what you've been through, I want you to feel safe."

Yeji choked on her food. She quickly gulps some water to ease herself.

"honestly speaking, I was thinking about it. You've rejected me." Yeji stifles a nervous laugh.

"I want it to be special." Ryu smiles softly. "also, I think I can wait until we're legally married."

"you're one of a kind, you know that?" Yeji shook her head, stifling a laugh. "I'm glad I found you."

"I love you, Yeji. I will do anything for your happiness."
