PREVIOUSLY...
no more than an hour later, dinner was finished and they were both eating and enjoying each other's company. harmony was quite astounded by how incredible dinner was. she felt lucky. she was with a man who was such a sweet gentle charmer and knew how to cook? maybe she needed to keep him forever.
derek couldn't control the raunchy thoughts erupting in his mind when she took a first bite of the pasta and let out a pleased moan, noting how amazing it was. as prideful as he felt about her loving his cooking, the moan was all that caught his attention and brought him such raunchy thoughts. he tried to push it all out of his head but he couldn't. he wanted to hear it more and more only with her naked and underneath him in the sheets.
"that was incredible, derek. i guess i might've underestimated your cooking skills." she placed her plate on the coffee table and turned to look at him. "if you can cook like that, i might have to keep you all to myself."
he smirked at her, "guess i'll have to show off more of my cooking if you wanna keep me all to yourself only."
if there was anything about derek hale, it was he sure knew how to be a charmer. and she was beginning to develop such feelings she never felt before. she was beginning to gradually but surely fall in love with him.
little did she know he was feeling the same if not more. but his innocence he showed her wasn't going to last.
derek was quite giddy as he walked hand in hand with harmony on the pier. the two just finished their lunch date leaving them quite happy and content. they were walking in a calm silence, derek often glancing down at harmony as she admired the beautiful surroundings in the small city. he couldn't get over how beautiful this girl really was. so soft, delicate, and precious... he was getting selfish about her. he didn't want anyone else around her. he wanted her all to himself getting all of her undivided attention. the thought of someone else getting close to her was enough to make him mad.
he didn't realize how deep in his thoughts he was until she lightly tugged on his hand. he turned his attention onto her, "i–i'm sorry i got a little too in my head."
