"Shut up!" J.R yelled, and everyone fell silent. "One at a time! Okay, first off Reagan, I don't know exactly what the crew will be doing. It could be anything from adding subliminal messages to the film, to being a cameraman."

"Okay." Reagan frowned in thought. "And will I have spare time to work on my own stuff?"

"Yes." J.R said. "Now, Andre, yes, you will be invited to the parties. But if you misbehave you can be uninvited like that." He snapped his fingers.

"Alright!" Andre fist bumped the air.

"Brett, you will likely meet tons of celebrities, it's a movie set for God's sake. Theo, yes, Zac Efron will be in the movie. And yes he plays one of your love interests." J.R finished.

While Brett squealed excitedly, Theo stood, "Wait, one of my love interests? Who is the other?"

"It was going to be Ryan Reynolds," J.R explained. "But he got COVID."

"Ryan Reynolds!" Gigi swooned, looking at Theo excitedly. "He's a dilf."

"And who is it now?" Theo almost shivered in anticipation. Maybe Chris Evans, or Jacob Elordi, or Michael B Jordan?

"Brett." J.R said simply, gesturing to the man sitting next to her.

"Brett?" She raised her eyebrows, turning to look at him. He laughed nervously in return.

"Oooh," Andre snickered, "the plot thickens."

The whole room exchanged knowing glances, Brett's crush on Theodora was not much of a secret. Even Reagan found humor in the idea that they were to be playing love interests.

"So, who do I end up with?" Theodora asked, oblivious to Brett's reddened cheeks and the smirks on everyone's faces.

"I don't know!" J.R snapped, "No more questions! Now, Reagan, are you in or are you out?"

"I'm in." She smirked, "Just to see how this plays out."

Theodora sat in her room, packing for California. Jasper was coming over because Theo told him she needed to speak to him. Obviously she needed to let him know that she was going to be gone for a couple of months.

Just as she placed her bikinis in her suitcase, the doorbell rang and Theo jumped up to get the door.

Both Reagan and Rand were lurking around the house so she led him to their room so they wouldn't be disturbed.

"What's with the suitcase?" He frowned and plopped himself on her bed, his hands behind his head.

"So, that's the thing I wanted to talk to you about." Theo started, pacing the room. "I'm going to California for a couple of months for Cognito shit."

"Damn, what are you gonna be doing there?" He seemed unfazed.

"We're working on the new Baywatch movie." A smile crept onto her face, "I'm gonna be in it!"

"Shit, like an extra?"

"No, like a main character!" She said excitedly. "Can you believe it?"

"No way." Jasper sat up. "Since when were you an actress?"

"I'm not, but who cares? It can't be that hard, right?" Theodora was beside herself with excitement and nerves, as she got to her knees and continued to place bikinis and other clothes in her suitcase.

"So... you're gonna be gone a long time." Jasper played with the end of her blanket, thinking. "I'm guessing you wanna end this, then?"

"No," She said quickly, "um, I mean, not exactly end it but maybe just put a hold on it, y'know?"

"So take a break?" He looked at her.

"Uh, yeah. Kind of."

"I get it. You'll be in Cali, surrounded by a bunch of hot people. You'll want to take advantage of it." Jasper sat up, a frown forming on his face. "It's fine, I'd do the same thing. I won't hold you back."

"No, it's not like that!" Theo snapped, standing up. "I just don't like long-distance, okay? And plus, our relationship is pretty much dependent on sex and that's fine but how is that going to work if we're in different states?"

"Oh." Jasper seemed a bit hurt, "That's true, though."

"Relax, I won't leave you for a rich actor, okay?" Theo sighed, sitting next to him. "They're too up themselves."

"Alright, I believe you. When do you leave?"

"Tomorrow." She looked at her lap.

"Serious?" Jasper edged closer to her, "Then, do you think we could... y'know, before you go?"

"My family's home." Theo scrunched up her nose.

"My car's outside?" He offered.

"Jasper." She snapped. "Not happening, you'll just have to wait till next time you see me."

"Easy for you to say." He muttered, clearly his bad mood had returned.

"What?"

"Fucking hell." Jasper stood up, and stormed out of her room.

"Hey!" Theo followed him out, "What the fuck is the matter with you?"

"You're a fucking tease." Jasper muttered as she followed him through the living room, to the front door.

Theo cringed as she passed Rand and Reagan, who were sitting on the couch.

"You are such a baby!" She hissed, grabbing his arm.

"Have fun in California. Try not to fuck too many other guys." He ripped his arm away from her, and slammed the door behind him.

Theodora, in her anger, stuck her middle fingers up at the door even though Jasper wouldn't see.

"Fucking cunt." She muttered to herself and crossed the living room again to go back to her room.

"Did you two break up?" Reagan stopped Theo in her tracks.

"Kind of," She said, "why do you care?"

"I don't." Reagan snapped back.

"I can't believe you two are going to California without me." Rand said crossly.

"So?" Reagan murmured.

"Why would we even bring you?" Theodora's frown deepened.

"Who's gonna buy me beers?" He asked, "And drive me places?"

"I'm gonna be back and forth between DC and California. So I will be here to buy you beers and drive you places." Reagan explained.

"I'm not dealing with this." Theo rolled her eyes and ventured back to her room to finish packing.
