Reagan returned home at around 12:30, it had been storming all night and she was anxious to know whether Brett had told Theodora how he felt.

She quietly opened the door in case Theo was sleeping, and the house was silent so she assumed she was.

The TV was still on and the credits for Twilight were playing, which confused Reagan, why wouldn't Theodora just turn it off?

There was a half eaten pint of ice cream on the coffee table, and a bouquet of flowers sitting next to it. Reagan hoped they were from Brett.

Her eyes were drawn to a suit jacket and tie draped over the couch arm, which were undeniably Brett's. Reagan was happy that he had stopped by, and made a mental note to return his clothes to him at work the next day.

Tired, Reagan dragged her feet to her room and fell asleep as soon as her head hit the pillow.

In the morning, Reagan woke to the smell of pancakes. She knew Theodora liked to cook, but she never made breakfast on a weekday. Her stomach rumbled, a reminder that she forgot to eat last night.

Eager for pancakes, she ventured out to the kitchen. "Theo, how did it go with-"

When she rounded the corner, she was met with Brett himself, standing in front of the stove with an apron on. She was glad he had at least something to cover him because he was only in his underwear.

"Brett?" Reagan's eyes went wide in shock and embarrassment.

"Oh, morning, Reagan!" He said happily, flipping a pancake. "Would you like pancakes?"

"Uh... sure." Reagan sat down at the table tentatively. "Brett, did you sleep over?"

"Yep." He said airily.

"Where's Theo?"

"In the shower." Brett placed a pancake in front of Reagan.

"Wait, wait, wait." Reagan pinched the bridge of her nose, "Does that mean you two..."

"Uh huh." Brett took the liberty of pouring syrup on Reagan's pancake.

"Brett, you said you were only going to tell her how you felt!" Reagan scolded. She assumed they would take it slow, maybe at least go on a date first.

"I did." Brett said simply, turning back to the stove to make another pancake. "And then I showed her how I felt. Twice."

"Ugh, too much information." Reagan picked at her pancake, her appetite ruined now.

"Hey, you should be happy that we're together now." Brett pointed the spatula at Reagan.

"Oh, so you are together? You actually spoke about it?"

"Well, we didn't really speak about it..." Brett said hesitantly. Then, Theodora emerged from the shower, her hair was wet and she wore only a towel.

"Morning, Reagan." She said happily, sliding into the seat next to her.

"Jesus Christ." Reagan muttered, avoiding eye contact with her sister. "This better not become an every morning thing."

"What's her problem?" Theodora asked, pointing her fork at Reagan.

"She doesn't like the fact we slept together." Brett frowned at Reagan, and placed a pancake in front of Theodora.

"Oh grow up, Reagan." Theodora mumbled.

"I'm going to work. This is way too weird." Reagan declared, standing up.

"Aww, but I thought it would be fun if we all went together!" Brett said sadly, but Reagan only rolled her eyes and left the room.

"Wait, maybe we should go separately," Theodora said tentatively to Brett, "or else people might talk, y'know? The whole office doesn't need to know our business right away, okay?"
