We all sat talking in Peter's new apartment, exchanging our coolest stories as we all laughed together.

"Oh, I'm sorry! I'm such a bad host!" Peter stood up and everyone looked at him. "Can I get you something to drink

"Oh, you're fine spiderboy. I'll have a water when you get a second!" Thor boomed loudly, making a few people jump slightly.

"Water, got it! Y/N do you want a water or something?" Peter asked sweetly.

I looked up and thought about my options before answering.

"I'll have a root beer float please!" I smiled as everyone glared at me.

"You can't go round someone's house and ask them to make you a root beer float." Steve explained as everyone looked down in disappointment.

"Ohhh, I didn't know that!" I chuckled slightly as I considered my options again, racking my brain to try and give a socially acceptable answer.

"I mean I would make one but I just don't have root beer," Peter commented quietly.

"It's fine!" I reassured him. "I'll just have a milkshake."

Nat shut her eyes as she got second hand embarrassment and everyone else exhaled loudly.

"Pick a household drink!" Yelena shouted.

"I don't know what ones they are. What did you get?" I asked Thor.

"Water." Thor replied.

"Water, ok." I repeated as I continued to think. "Do you have ice?" I looked up at Peter.

"Yeah, I have ice." Peter leant against the sofa as everyone looked at me.

"I'll do a snow cone then!" I grinned.

Wanda picked up a cushion and screamed into it as Bucky nearly collapsed on Steve.

"He's not going to make you a snow cone!" Kate explained.

"I don't know. I've got a snow cone machine at my house." I mumbled. "I have like 27 a day!"

"You have 27 snow cones a day?" Steve asked with genuine concern.

"I mean.... I... umm... What did you get?" I asked Thor again.

"Water!" He boomed.

I stayed silent for a few seconds before answering. "I'm just going to go home and get my snow cone machine. I'll be right back!"

"No!" Everyone screamed.
