I had no idea what was going on. He had just came in so fast that I didn't know what I would do. We held on for a few seconds then let go. It felt so wrong, but it felt so right.

We wandered around in each other's eyes. That's when I finally got back to the real world. I jump out of the hospital bed and stared at Max with a what-have-you-done face. I ran out of room 208B and ran down the hallway.

The tears blinded me. I bumped into a few nurses and got screamed at by most of them. I jammed by thumb into the elevator button, waiting impatiently so I could just get as far away from him as possible.

Once the elevator opened, I ran inside and jammed the button to the first floor. My heart was shattered into a million pieces. I wiped my tears with the sleeve of my jacket and brushed my fingers through my hair. Max loved me? Then why did he date Samantha? To make me jealous? No,no,no impossible. My head swirled with questions.

My heart pounded every second. I closed my eyes and remembered what had just happened in the room. I touched my bottom lip. I could never see Max the same way ever again. I bit my lip and slid my back on the wall until I was on the floor.

I sucked up my tears in the car. I pretended to fall asleep so they wouldn't ask me about how was Max.

Back at the hotel, I was wide awake. I stayed sitting on my bed all cuddled up in my blankets. I flipped some channels and found Spongebob. Hey, im still a kid. On TV, Spongebob was teaching Patrick how to open a jar. Odd yet amusing.

The door slowly opens, revealing a manly shadow. "Good morning sleepy head!", it was non other than my boyfriend. "Hey Simon. What's up?"

I see Simon walk in with a tray of breakfast. He places the tray on top of my lap and sits next to me, wrapping his arm around me. I felt a little uncomftorable since the incident last night, but I just tried to not think about it.

"Is this for me? It's WAY too much!", I chuckled a bit. There was heart shaped salamis, bacon that spelled out my name, orange juice with a rose at the tip of the cup, bread with some butter that spelled out "Simon", a little plus sign in between our names, and to top it all off, rose petals surrounded the whole tray.

"I made it myself.", Simon stood loud and proud. I giggled as he pretended to be superman.

"Well, then let's eat!", we both ate everything and even had some leftovers. What a feast!

Once we were done, Simon was lying down, patting his full stomach. I stayed sitting. We talked for a bit. Simon sat up. His face got super close to mine. He had a little scar on his upper lip. Hmm, deja vu. He leaned in closer. I was lost in space. Then I saw Max's face.

"NO!"
