Street took a deep breath. Sometimes he needed to have extra patience!

His day didn't start as planned. There was no way he was going to make it anywhere with his bike looking like that! Parts were hanging off, front was bent, scratches all over the side...a mess! It was extra frustrating having to wait for the mechanic to finish his chatter and move his butt to actually get his ride fixed. Guy was taking forever! After 40 minutes, Street was still waiting in the shop. He couldn't believe Chris!

No, it's not ok.

      - I said I'll have it fixed, but u freaked out before I could say anything else.

Are u serious? The bike is in pieces! What were u thinking?😤

      - I told u, the Hernandez family has been through a lot. I just wanted to cheer them up. 😔

Couldn't you have bought them ice scream or something like that? Geez! 🤦‍♂️

RIIIING RIIIIING

His text rant was interrupted by an incoming call. He felt the vibration of the mobile and stopped. He didn't mind at all, he needed a break from her!

"Deacon", he read off the screen. He frowned, surprised by the early call from his teammate.

"Hey, Deacon!" he greeted.

"Hey! How's your Saturday morning going?"

"Please don't ask me that." Street responded frustrated. "I'm about to spend a fortune on my bike thanks to Chris" he snapped annoyed.

"What happened?"

"She took it for a joyride. Ended up crashing it against a huge iron gate!"

"Oh, man! That sucks. But...is she ok?"

"Yeah, til I get her back for this!" He warned angrily.

Deacon chuckled, making a pause. "Listen, I'm about to give you more bad news."

"Nothing can be worse than my bike right now, so...bring it on!"

"Hicks wants us in HQ for special assignment in an hour." he paused, "I had to call off a gig and send one of my guys over. Boss says it's top priority and officials don't want anybody else besides us. Rocker's team got the call too."

"What's it about?"

"Brilliant Minds for the Future Convention is taking place today in downtown. The Feds say there are possible threats, so they have asked for last minute back up. Sons and daughters of the most prominent - and wealthiest- of our country will be meeting with government officials and delegates from other countries. Other juveniles will join too."
