- AURELIA JONES -
I stared blankly at Angel as I processed the news.
Her smile eventually faded after she realised I hadn't said anything in a while.
She poked me, "Lia, you good?" She questioned. I nodded, blinking.
"Congratulations? Holy shit, this is big news! Who's the father? Oh my God!" I yelled, "I didn't even know you were hooking up with anyone you bitch! Why didn't you tell me?" I squealed, growing excited.
Oh my God I'm gonna be an Aunty!
Angel chuckled, "You scared me! I thought you were disappointed in me."
I hugged her tightly, "I could never be disappointed in you. I'm so happy for you Ange, really! Does Ariel know?"
As soon as I said that Ariel bust through the door, "Of course Ariel knows! I was there when she pissed on the stick." Ariel smirked, talking about herself in third person.
"So you're the person that's pregnant. Ariel told me it was doctor patient confidentiality." I laughed, "Technically, it is. You two are the only people who know, and I intend to keep it that way until I figure out what the hell to do."
"Your secret is safe with me!" I said, "Seriously, I'm so happy for you Ange."
She had avoided my question on who the father was, and I felt annoyed at myself that I didn't know she was talking to anyone, let alone getting pregnant!
I wonder if it was someone at the camp?
I shook my head, "Wait- Ariel, you never told me what it was that was wrong with me, earlier."
Angel looked at her, "Wait something's wrong? I thought all your tests came back negative for anything bad?" She questioned.
I shrugged, "I don't know anything."
Ariel sighed, "There's nothing major wrong, just a few things we need to keep an eye on. Like blood pressure, glucose levels, things like that."
"Watch your caffeine and sugar intake. And if you start to get light-headed, sit down before you pass out. It's dangerous in case-"
"In case I stop breathing, I know. Thank you." I smiled.
Okay, at least it's not too bad!
"Okay, I'm gonna head to bed now. I am growing another human inside me so." Angel smiled, hoisting herself up before leaving.
Ariel left shortly after, not before giving me a hug.

It was training day.
Jace had restarted the trainings after he realised we're not as strong as he thought we were.
It was a grey day, clouds looming over the building, rain threatening to fall.
I stood with my hands on my hips, trying to catch my breath.
"You alright short stuff? Can barely dodge my hits." Ollie smirked.
Sweat beaded on my forehead. I was hot and sweaty. I hated being hot and sweaty!
I nodded, "Yeah, let's just do this again." I grabbed my duelling stick that we used to defend and dodge.
Ollie was the attacker, "Remember, elbows and thighs are your strongest advantage."
I rolled my eyes, getting into the starting position.
I took a few hits, nearly losing my balance but managing to regain it.
"Hit me again." I said, "I'm fine, I'm just rusty today." I shrugged at Ollie's weird look.
