So ever since like 5 or 6 year old Tubbo did not know his mother and Shlatt never really told him so he never really had a mother until he met Quackity. Quackity was kinda like a parent that he never had to him like a mother to him.
"Hey Q happy mothers day I git you a gift to thank you for taking care of me like a mother.
Tubbo said as he have Q a bouquet of flowers that were yellow like Quackity's wings
Quackity looked at the flowers with awe before smiling and jigging Tubbo while saying 'thank you'
