Finney walked down the halls with his books in his hand. He was returning all the books he'd already read. By the time he got there Matty was sitting down talking to his friends. Finney groaned as he entered. He dropped the books out and went to get more. While he looked for some books he overheard their conversation

"Mhm, I'm actually being for real. Like no jokes. I think he's pretty cute"

"NO! like you actually think Robin! Robin Arellano is cute!"

"Yes buzz, he's really cute. Keep it down will you"

"Sorry, but Matty! Isn't that gay! Don't you think that's weird. I mean you bully Finney for that?"

"I know. But he's a freak and a big nerd. There's a difference between us. He's ugly, I'm hot"

Finney curled his hands into a ball. He angryly put the book back and left. He stormed his way back to class. He calmed down once he saw robin playing around with his hair. He entered the room and sat next to robin. "you didn't get a book?". Finney shook his head. He looked straight at Robin's eyes. He watched as his eyes closed before he spoke up. "oh, well whatever"

Finney smiled. He smiled at robin. Really the only person he ever smiles at besides his sister.

After class they had some free time. Robin was obviously with Finney. They were hanging out outside. Finney kept a good eye on Robin. His eyes never left his view. "Maybe you can help me! I still don't really understand. The first half I really do just not the second half". Finney nodded. "Anything for you- I mean, yeah I'll help you with anything you need!". Robin felt his cheeks warm up. He laughed a little before stopping

Then they felt someone else's presence. Matty pulled Finney back and sat next to robin. "Hey robin". Robin looked at him without saying a word. "You doing anything later?". Robin stood up and nodded. "Yes, I'm actually going to be with Finn". Matty sighed. "Oh. What a bummer. I wanted to take you out. Just you and me". He winked at robin in which robin felt embarrassed for him

"What a shame. Well there's always other people". Robin shrugged and pulled Finney up. Matty quickly grabbed robin and pulled him back down. "Why don't you and me go somewhere right now. I'll buy you anything". Robin smiled. "Only if Finn goes. If he doesn't I'm not going". Matty groaned. "Does he really? I just want it to be me and you. Not some nerd". Robin got up and walked towards Finney's side. "Finn isn't a fucking nerd. If you're going to act like that then we can settle it right here"

Matty raised his hands up. "No, no we don't I'm sorry". Robin nodded. "Good, now leave us alone". With that robin left with Finney. Matty clenched his teeth. He hated Finney with everything. He wanted to just beat the shit out of him. He needed robin.

After school as promised Finney was helping Robin out with math. He found it cute how robin was tough but a big dork. "I know you can do it robin. We've been over it. Okay I believe in you". Robin took a deep breath in before writing something down. Finney gave him a small smile. "Okay here". Robin handed Finney his work. Finney looked over it and gasped. "wow! They're all correct!". Robin gave him a big smile before yelling.

"THANK YOU SO MUCH FINN! I WOULDN'T HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT YOU!". Robin wrapped his arms around Finney and gave him a big hug. Finney leaned in and hugged back. They pulled away and laughed. Robin admired Finney's smile. It was beautiful and perfect. Anyone would fall in love with him....Well he did. He loves Finney. But he didn't know that. He didn't want to ruin their beautiful friendship. So it was a secret
