Technoblade is forced to state his decision. He speaks precisely, not wanting to say too much to make the crowd stir.
"I declare Dream is correct. We are too fragile to start another fight. The people are leading France. Without our help they can advance greatly.
I declare once again. Please draft a statement of neutrality."
Have I won? Have I turned the tides over? Has I convinced one of my peers that I have looked up to for so long!
My heart fills with glee, something I haven't felt since George left. Accomplishment and a comforting warmth.
