Dream POV:
I look into the night sky, staring at the moon. We row across the Hudson, each push of a paddle creating ripples in the water.
I imagine death so much it feels more like a memory. I see it coming, do I run or fire my gun or let it be? Schlatt may be the last face a see, friend or enemy.
If I throw away my shot is this how I will be remembered? Is this bullet my legacy? A legacy, a seed you plant you will never get to see.
Will I catch a glimpse of the other side. Fallen revolution soldiers are on the other side. My mother is on the other side. My son is on the other side. Technoblade is watching from the other side, teaching me how to say goodbye.
George, my love, take your time. I will see him on the other side. I will raise a glass to freedom.
