Taehyung narrowed his eyes as he looked down at the woman in his arms who might not even remember who she was. He cursed in his heart and then stopped a taxi in the intersection before getting into the taxi with her.

Initially, Taehyung wanted to say that his destination was Kim Mansion, but after looking at the person in his arms, he decided to give the taxi driver the address to his apartment instead.

Chaeyoung was very quiet and she slept peacefully as she laid in Taehyung's arms. She did not cry or cause any trouble.

She was just like a porcelain doll.

However, when she woke up, she was so loud and annoying that it made him feel like smacking her.

"Girls should not drink so much alcohol." The taxi driver who had looked into the rearview mirror suddenly said as a reminder to Taehyung.

Taehyung lowered his head and looked down at Chaeyoung.

"Yes, my wife ran away with someone else after she drank—"

Taehyung looked up at the driver and he began to frown. He must really stop her and ban her from drinking alcohol in the future.

Maybe he should just add Jisoo into his blacklist.

When they arrived at the apartment, Taehyung paid the taxi driver and then carried Chaeyoung upstairs.

He often dropped by his apartment and therefore, it was already clean and tidy when they arrived.

When they arrived at the door of his apartment, Taehyung could see that Chaeyoung was about to vomit. He hurriedly opened the door and carried her to the bathroom. After putting her down, Chaeyoung began holding onto the toilet seat and started vomiting.

This was the first time that Taehyung had seen Chaeyoung drunk.

Chaeyoung sat down on the bathroom floor after she had vomited.

Taehyung brought her a glass of water and waited for her to spit and rinse her mouth before he put the cup to her lips. "I know this is difficult, but please try to drink as much water as you can. If you can't drink, then why did you drink so much and get drunk?"

Chaeyoung leaned against the toilet seat.

After vomiting, she seemed a little more sober.

"When Siwoon and Soyi were about one year old, I went out with Jimin to meet a business client. That man kept forcing me to drink, and even though Jimin tried to stop him, he could not stop him," Chaeyoung suddenly said with a bleak voice. "He refused to let us leave and he also hurt Jimin. I was so scared at that time, but there was no one there who could help me. Therefore, I finished a whole bottle of wine by myself and when I was done with the bottle, I took the wine bottle and hit that man." Chaeyoung was still leaning against the toilet seat. It looked like she was laughing but Taehyung could see the streak of tears that were flowing down her cheeks, and falling onto her ear.

Taehyung held the cup of water in his hand tightly and listened to her speak without saying anything.

"That man kept his promise later and eventually signed the contract and he finally let me and Jimin leave," Chaeyoung said as she forcefully smiled. "I remained calm all the way because I did not dare to let myself go. I did not dare to fall down. It was only after I got home that I started vomiting like this. I felt as though I was all alone in this world and that I had no one that I could depend on. I felt as though the whole world had abandoned me. It was only until I saw Siwoon standing at the bathroom door. At that time, he could barely stand and therefore, he was holding onto the bathroom door to support himself, and he was helplessly calling out to me." Chaeyoung spoke as her tears fell onto her left ear and dripped into the toilet bowl, causing a small little splash.
