"There's no hurry, I'll send you home first," PA Kim looked at his watch and said. He held Jisoo's hand and walked down the stairs.

Jisoo was ecstatic. "I finally defeated Taehyung, did I?"

PA Kim cleared his throat awkwardly. He wanted to clarify that there was nothing going on between the CEO and him.

"Why don't we set a date for them to meet this weekend?" PA Kim suggested.

Jisoo shook her head. She retracted her hand from PA Kim's and slid it around his neck instead. "Excuse me, but is that lame idea all you could come up with?"

PA Kim frowned at her.

"Didn't you come up with a lot of crooked ideas for Taehyung? I know your nickname in the industry is 'the sneaky smarty pants'." Jisoo hopped onto PA Kim's back.

PA Kim hooked his arms around her legs and carried her piggyback.

Jisoo curled her arms around his neck and whispered flirtatiously into his ear, "Seokjin, do you not want to marry me? Is that why you keep delaying this matter?"

PA Kim coughed in surprise and replied, "I've just been busy lately, but I'm also afraid things may spiral out of control when I'm not around."

"Taehyung already allowed you to take leave," Jisoo scoffed.

PA Kim was stunned again. He continued walking with her on his back and asked curiously, "When did this happen? How come I don't know about it?"

"I told Chaeyoung everything already, so he wouldn't dare dismiss your leave," Jisoo stated smugly. She leaned against his back and brushed her long legs against his. "So if you don't solve this matter soon, that means you have no intention of marrying me."

"That's nonsense!" PA Kim rebutted hastily. He wished he could marry this woman as soon as possible—he had even dreamed about it!

Otherwise, her endless flirting would drive him crazy.

His hasty response lifted her mood instantly.

She leaned down to nibble his ear and murmured seductively, "Why don't we both skip going home tonight?"

PA Kim froze abruptly, his body trembling in shock.

Here she was with her flirting again!

If only she could stop for even a day. Not doing the deed before marriage was a mark of his respect for Jisoo. His intention of getting married to her was sincere and he was certainly not doing it to take advantage of her.

"I'll settle our mothers' problem in a week, I swear," PA Kim said anxiously, his voice hoarse.

He must quickly calm the mothers and take the wicked devil's hand in marriage, for the good of all mankind.

Jisoo tutted mockingly, "You can solve this in a week, huh?"

PA Kim swallowed nervously. Why did he feel like everything that came out of his mouth was wrong?

"I don't want to go home tonight though, what say you?" Jisoo was resilient.

PA Kim's hands were tied. He saw a hotel nearby but instantly dismissed the idea. He would be walking right into her trap if they checked into it.

"How about we go back to the office to work?" PA Kim suggested hopefully.

Jisoo rolled her eyes in exasperation.

Eventually, the night ended with PA Kim being beaten up by Jisoo after he sent her home. Hence, Chaeyoung had to listen to Jisoo's indignant shrieking in the middle of the night.
