"This is a rule, Trevor. Galvez don't chase, they attract" Kuya Cloud told me. "'Wag kang luluhod dahil lang sa isang babae, It is the women who kneel to us. Because we are a Galvez, we don't chase, we attract. We don't come for them, they will come for us. They will chase us. We don't beg, they worship us" 

That's what Kuya Cloud reminded me of before I went to college. Maybe that's true or maybe not. I don't know and I don't care. It's not my priority. 

"Bro, have you checked your grades on the portal?" Asked Rigs. We are here at Starbucks, drinking my usual coffee. I'm in a bad mood because our trip to US was canceled. Wala ako sa mood magsalita o kausapin sila Rigs. I don't even want to see my grades. 

I'm in second-year college, Lasalle ACM and it's kind of boring. Boring school, boring environment, boring people. I fucking hate to be here, si Dad kasi. Maganda raw ang ACM dito. Wala akong nakikitang maganda.

"Badtrip nanaman si Galvez" Inakbayan ako ni Rufo. 

"Kulang lang yan sa babae, e" Si Rigs. I glared at them. "May crush ako, papakilala ko sainyo kapag nakita ko uli" Sabi pa ni Rigs.

"Fucking shut up," Inirapan ko ang dalawa. Wala na akong narinig sakanila kundi babae. Fucking annoying. 

"Ermita tayo mamaya, samahan niyo 'ko" Sabi ni Rigs at inakbayan kami ni Rufo papasok ng school. 

"I can't. Amy wants to see me" I answered while we were walking. Rigs like to play with girls hearts, just like his father. Both of our parents are best friends. Anak siya ni Tito Kyle and Tita Kamille. We're best friends since the day that we were born. 

"Amy nanaman ampucha. Type mo ba 'yon? Daig mo pa boyfriend, ah" Bahagya akong siniko ni Rigs. Pumasok kami sa loob ng classroom at umupo na ako. Inilabas ko ang Ipad ko to check on my notes.

"She's just a friend" I answered while looking at my notes. 

"Sige pag di mo kami sinamahan ni Rufo mamaya sa Ermita, crush mo si Amy" Rigs threatened me. I took a deep breath and shook my head. 

"You stop with your immaturity, Rigel" I glared at him.

"Ah, wala 'to. Pag di 'to sumama saatin Rufo, sabihin natin sa classmate natin may girlfriend ka na at si Amy 'yon" Pagpupumilit nila. 

"Fuck you" I whispered.

"He's so mad" Rufo is laughing while looking at me. I had no choice but to come. Rigs is so fucking annoying and I hate him. Wala naman kaming ginagawa dito sa Ermita kundi ang tumambay sa harap ng UPM. 

"Ayan na!" Rigs shouted. 

"Who?" I asked. I frowned as I looked at the girls coming out of the gate. 

"That nursing girl, yung freshman" Tinuro ni Rufo yung babae na nakangiti habang naglalakad at may kasamang lalaki. A nursing student? 

The girl was wearing a white uniform. Her height is okay but too small for me. Her hair is in a bun and it looks clean. Compared to the other girls na lumabas, kaagaw agaw ng pansin ang mukha niya, with her beautiful smile and cute dimples. I can also see that she has pretty freckles on her cheeks. Her pink pale lips caught my attention really hard. 

Fuck it!

"She's the most beautiful girl I've ever met in Taft, Trevor" Umakbay saakin si Rigs. 

Yes, the girl was pretty. Her beauty is what every girl dreams of. She's totally a ten for me, a very rare fine girl. 

Nakauwi na kami pero yung isip ko nandoon pa rin sa babae na gusto ni Rigs. I never like someone before but she's actually my type. I wonder, how many men would want to be with her? A thousand? Millions? Or maybe I shouldn't care about her and mind my own business? Right? Right.
