Hawks x Reader

(3RD POV) (TW: Abusive mentions and actions) (Underage relationship)

Keigo had gone too far this time.

Y/N laid on the floor, bloodied and bruised. A subtle trail of blood dribbled from her mouth, and stained the tile beneath her. Her chest barely moved, and only tiny puffs of air escaped from her lungs.

No one knew of Y/N's history with Takami. The paparazzi tried to question him about it, but with a quick flutter of his wings, they backed off. Y/N was always huddled underneath his wings, sheltered from the cruel and unforgiving society. The press were barely able to capture a photo of her face.

After one particular exposure, Y/N's face was broadcasted all over Japan.

Hawks mystery girlfriend! Who could she be?

She's such a pretty girl!

Ahhh! She's so lucky!

It was farther from the truth than anything else.

Keigo Takami was a sick, lonely, and obsessive man. The first day he saw Y/N coming home from school, he could barely contain himself. He used to enter public without a mask, because Keigo would never do anything that required secretion. After that first day, he wore a surgical mask with a thick hoodie wherever he went that involved her.

During the late nights, he'd perch himself on her balcony and watch her sleeping face. Sometimes, he'd quietly follow Y/N throughout the crowd of busy people.

Sure, he knew he was older than her. Y/N was 17 at the time, and Keigo was 22. He didn't care. No one else had to know, so why did it matter?

When Y/N was walking home alone under the stars, he took her. Keigo made sure she wouldn't scream, and chained her up deep below his main mansion. It was in a more quiet and peaceful area of Japan where it was uncommon for visitors. Not even the press knew he lived here. No one would find Y/N, and that's all that mattered.

Keigo forced the ring on her finger the day she turned 18. From then on, it was a complete and utter nightmare.

Y/N largely suspected he had some kind of mental illness, presumably bipolar disorder. His mood switches were so rapid and unpredictable. Over time, she learned how to adapt to all of them. If she maintained the role of a perfect, quiet, and submissive housewife, Keigo was more tolerable to be around.

She hated when he showered her with affection and care. Lately, he'd been becoming more possessive and intimate. He'd been tracking her cycles, and feeding her different kinds of foods. In his sleep, Y/N trembled when hearing him mutter about, 'Our baby bird'.

Today, Y/N had finally acquired the keys to the front door. Keigo was still sleeping soundly upstairs, exhausted from the night before. Y/N's attempts at seduction had massively improved since her capture.

She tiptoed to the front doors, and quietly flicked through the keys. Y/N would try each one after the key wouldn't fit.

Bang!

Y/N dropped the keys, and saw Keigo standing at the top of the staircase. His eyebrows were furrowed.

He's angry.

***

He had no choice.

Quickly unlocking his cellphone, Keigo called the police. He made up a story about a 'break in', and quickly told the police his location. The operator told him not to hang up, but he needed to in order to fake the scene.
