Dwayne POV

Hearing her plead, I paused.

Me can't do this in front of her.

Grabbing the car keys from his grip, I hissed.

My blood boiled.

I bit down on my lips with pure anger.

"The bwoy get weh," one of the two youths that went after the waste man them spoke.

I didn't even realize they were back.

"Dwayne... Can you take me home please," I heard Chanize whisper, she was afraid.

Ratty stood there clueless... Too stunned to speak.

What if I didnt get that feeling...

Literally had to leave Gunbag and two other solider on a mission, a adventure.

Marvin lost fi good.

My back was turned to Chanize, and she was the fence preventing me from gun butting Ratty.

Fucking idiot.

"Yo..." Of the men stood next to me, his voice was low.

"You hear wah gwan with..."

"Him get a permanent rest... Mince meat," I mumbled, hoping Gunbag was able to locate the perfect shallow grave.

Silence.

"B... you ready?" I looked over my shoulders.

Hoping she didn't hear all that, and tried to decode it.

"Yeah," she sighed.

"Spendshell..." I turned to the youth next to me.

"Mek sure the land lady get her key... Wull off the block just in case them two fassy deh forward back,"

He nodded.

"Chan... Check fi see if you have everything,"

"I do..."

"Check..."

"Ok,"

Hearing the door closed behind her.

I bit my lips.

Knitting my brows together, I punched Ratty across his face.

I couldn't help it.

Chanize squeaked.

Looking back at the house, I saw the curtains dancing, she was watching... I didn't want her to see that.

What if I hadn't been here.

What would have happened to her.

Pussy you learn fi take orders, I thought.

Ratty crouched over in pain.

"You see when me say do A... Me mean do bloodclaat A," my voice was stern,

And this went for everyone.

"I have everything... Can we go now... Please," Chanize voice shook.

Turning to Chanize, I walked back towards her, cupping her cheek....

"Sorry you did afi see that..." My thumb swiped the tear from under her eye.

She nodded.

She understood.

But I never wanted her to me like that... Never.

Taking her hands into mine, we both walked towards her car.
