Inside the office of the Grandmaster, Jean stares at the clock, waiting anxiously. Her mind is constantly telling her to move and meet them so it can be finish quickly and help Mondstadt.
Lisa: Jean, what's the hurry? I thought we agreed to meet them here.
Jean: There has been sightings of Stormterror outside the city. Once we meet, we must...
Lisa puts the book down and walk towards the fence and leans on it.
Lisa: Relax. I'll lend a hand when the time comes.
Then, the door opens, making the both of them turn their heads to their guests.
Kaeya walks in with the Traveler and his companion, and Amber and Siegfried with him.
Kaeya: Jean, I've brought them.
Jean: Thank you, Kaeya. And, hello, Siegfried.
Siegfried: Hello, Jean. You're looking a bit anxious- Stormterror I presume.
Jean: Indeed. Stormterror has been getting closer to the city after a year after it's activity was reported. Today was when Stormterror attack the city directly, I need to help the citizens rebuild and finalize the cost.
Siegfried: I know you're worried, but too much and it will cloud your judgement. For now, let us talk about the Traveler.
Aether give a wave and Jean calms down and greets him.
Jean: Mondstadt welcomes you, windborne travelers. I am Jean, Acting Grandmaster of the Knights of Favonius. This is Lisa, our resident librarian.
Lisa: Oh! Are you sweeties helping us out? You're both so adorable!
Aether whisper to Paimon about Lisa calling them sweeties.
Aether: I felt that her voices are filled with lewd intents and hornyniess.
Paimon: Aether, what the heck are talking about. If you're talking about that her voice is giving me shivers in Paimon's spine, then yes.
Aether: Her sultry voice is making my head filled with segs.
Paimon: Segs? What's that?
Aether: Another term I found while I was traveling with my sister.
Lisa: Sadly, the timing is regrettable... Stormterror has cause quite a ruckus in the region since ts recent resurgence. Simply put, Mondstadt's elemental sphere and ley lines are now akin to a yarn ball in the paws of a kitten.
Aether: What does that mean?
Siegfried: What it means is that elemental power distribution all across the region of Mondstadt are imbalance. Elemental power flows in the ley lines, giving the land evenly amount of power. If the ley lines are distorted, then it can quickly change the environment of the region. If one area has too much elemental power, the other area will die and be impossible for any life to grow or live there. The one with too much elemental power will grow rapidly to uncontrollable amount- imagine that of cells dividing uncontrollably to form a tumor that can become cancer.
Lisa: What Siegfried said is correct. Elemental power is literally the planet's energy or mana. All living things have elemental power in them, and if there's an imbalance, we can be in danger. My skin is one elemental particle away from a full-blown breakout.
Jean: If it weren't for this interference, the Knights of Favonius would have better ways to help you than just putting up missing person posters. We simply ask that you repose in Mondstadt while we help you seek out your sister.
Aether: If the current situation is that dire, then we need to help.
Paimon: Paimon agree. If we stay here for too long, then we will never find your sister.
