~Chapter 100~
                        The feeling

Charlis POV:
He's just like me. Once you have one drink, you can't stop.

He's drinking for me tonight. I could not be more proud.

Chase: "Oh my god! Randolph!"

What

Chase: "charlicharlicharli"
He grabbed my shoulders

Charli: "yes?"

He pulled me asside and pointed to a man

Chase: "that's Randolph Gustavé! He's the like most popularist music critic who's ever criticed!"
Charli: "okay well don't go up to him."

He seemed confused wondering why

Charli: "you're drunk. You're gonna make a complete fool of yourself"

He shook his head.

If he goes up to him, it would be so embarrassing.

He began walking towards him. I tried to hold him down but it didn't work.

Chase: "hello mister Gustavé. I'm Chase."
He shook his hand

Randolph: "Oh! Chase Hudson! The one in a million!"

Chase blushed like he was girl being told he was beautiful.

Chase: "do people really call me that?"
Randolph: "of course! Because it's true! You are one in a million. A lucky star."

He laughed nervously

Chase: "Thank you. Thank you. Well nice to meet you. This is my girlfriend, charli"

I gave him a smile and shook his hand

Randolph: "hello, nice to meet you"
Charli: "nice to meet you too"

He looked back at Chase

Randolph: "I think you are very talented. And you've got potential"

Potential? He doesn't need potential? He's already famous.

Chase: "thank you, sir"
Randolph: "yeah, I'd really like to see more of you"

Chase nodded and smiled like he was too nervous to talk

Randolph: "anyways. I better get to my wife. Maybe Il see you later"

He nodded his head

I dragged chase by the hand and laughed at him. He took another drink and chugged it down.

Chase: "oh my god oh my god! He likes me!"
Charli: "maybe he'll take you on a date if you ask nicely!"

He grabbed my shoulders and shook me

Chase: "do you really think so?"

I rolled my eyes and shoved him lightly

Charli: "go on and marry him"
Chase: "I would if I could"

This guy he's crushing on honesty sounds like an asshole. Sure he's made out to be some great critic. But he's really just some old wrinkly man who judges other peoples music not knowing one damn thing about making music.
