Getting inside the building was an easy task actually. Isaac's car had black windows that nothing from the outside could see through it, so he believed he was safe this way. The door they passed in looked old, rusty, and dusty, showing that it is not used often. It lead to a gray hallway with high walls and windows that showed a beautiful view of the whole way they passed to get to the institute, seeing snow, both suns getting ready to shut their lights for the day, the sky mixing pink, blue and a clear tone of orange. Gavin was the only one who seemed to be impressed by the view on their side, while Lola and Isaac didn't pay that much attention. They had seen a lot of beautiful sunsets from high views so far, some most memorable than others, and more meaningful than others, but they still did.

Philly did show Lola the way and the password they needed to enter the room. Luckily his father's belongings weren't rented that day. It was available for people to rent his storage room to study. Usually, historians and university students were the ones who rented his research, but that day it was all free for the trio to read. Philly had to do some dirty work to make a few cameras go down for some minutes but nothing that made him breathless and in danger. He had a thing going on with one of the guards.

When they reached the room, they saw big windows in front of them, and the most amazing part of it was that it didn't look like there were pieces of glass separating them from the outside. Gavin went to touch it to check if it was a pass or actually a window. Part of the walls was curved vertically, like a dome, since they were in an extremity position at the building.

"From what Philly told me, the research was based on original content, which he wrote himself, and a lot of other research from other old, really old authors, that is why this room is filled with physical books." Lola introduced them to the subject. The research from Phill's dad was all on a single computer but had one physical copy in that room. That was good because they could split chapters to read and get over it faster.

"His research has 50 chapters, so it is best if two of us get to check on 25-25 while somebody looks after his references. These old books mainly." Isaac said and both Lola and Gavin agreed with his proposal. "I can do it." Gavin responded later.

"Alright then. Lola and I will look into his work."

Isaac and Lola got to read 'The Country's Horror: What haunts us from the outside?' by Francisk Chedrokcconi, father of Phillipy Chedrokcconi, school colleague of Lola and Isaac. While this, Gavin grabbed an old thick book, whose cover was made of dark brown leather with detailed ornaments made by a black string considerably thick. Named 'Our Dark Outside' by Ammelied Nita.

This book was more like a bunch of reports from what happened in the city one day. What they needed was something like a catalog, and Gavin became aware of it when noticed that book was not going to help that much. So he took a deep breath and went looking for another book on the shelves. The books were organized in alphabetical order, so Gavin went to the obvious and started looking for the C letter, waiting for 'catalog' or any synonyms.

'Capture Guide: How to get away from the beasts', 'Calling the Gods', 'Collapse - When Qorjal met Fear', 'Cats and Monsters: How can YOUR cat save your life from an attack', the titles were infinite but none seemed helpful. "Cats and Monsters: How can YOUR cat save your life." He read out loud. "How cute."

He kept looking at the shelves for some time now, and reached the letter M, finding 'Monster Catalogue' by Astriddi Ernstope. "Oh wow." He said to himself as he grabbed the white-leather bookcase. The cover had an ultramarine blue square in the middle, not occupying a lot of space. It was quite thick and it had approximately 300 pages. Gavin sat down and opened the book, feeling the soft paper sheets, and that good book smell filled his airways instantly. "How are you doing over there?" He asked the duo.
