LEGACY AND SAFEGUARDING ORDER – ACT III

This law ensures that the properties, wealth,  personal belongings, enterprises and public spaces held under the name of Chemeris Brandon Malone, hereafter referred to as "the deceased," will formally be recurrent and respected, having appropriate use even after the owner's death. The provisions of this Act apply to all properties, including not limited to real estate, intellectual property, artworks, personal possessions, and any other assets owned by the deceased.

Upon the passing of Chemeris Malone, an estate executor shall be appointed as per the deceased's will or through a legal process. The estate executor shall be responsible for managing, preserving, and overseeing the deceased's assets in accordance with the provisions outlined in this Act. The EE of the deceased's properties was chosen by himself before the passing, recognized officially as his firstborn child, Gavin Brandon Malone. The power of administrating the deceased's belongings will only be valid once the EE is established above adult age. Until then, the mentioned items must remain untouched and held under the government's control and supervision.

The estate executor shall ensure that the deceased's properties are utilized and disposed of in a manner that aligns with the deceased's wishes, as expressed in their will or other legally valid documents. If the deceased's wishes are not explicitly expressed, the estate executor shall exercise reasonable judgment and consider the best interest of the deceased's legacy, cultural significance, and potential beneficiaries when making decisions regarding the utilization or disposition of the assets. Properties and visuals of significant historical, artistic, or cultural value may be made accessible to the public, subject to appropriate legal and security measures, where the estate executor shall coordinate with relevant authorities, organizations, or institutions to facilitate public access, exhibitions, or displays of the deceased's visuals and work, aiming to promote cultural appreciation and knowledge.

Any violation of this Act, including the misappropriation, destruction, or unauthorized disposal of the deceased's personal belongings, shall be subject to legal penalties as determined by applicable laws of the country and by the intervention of They. The estate executor shall be held accountable for any actions or omissions that contravene the provisions of this Act, provided they were carried out without reasonable cause or in bad faith.

END OF ACT III

The history behind this act developed by Chemeris is quite simple. He wanted to assure Gavin could live comfortably in Qorjal, so leaving his entire wealth and properties in the name of his son was the first thing he thought while writing the act. He knew Gavin was going to be living difficult times, so it was like a reward coming from the old man. But in order to receive such a gift, Gavin would have to fulfill his father's wishes, and become the President of the Country he once founded.

Basically, Gavin had everything he needed to confront his uncle Kyedoth. He had his own protection and safe places where he could live in without worrying about being attacked by the authorities or being sentenced to the Cube. Gavin could chose within the 15 properties Chemeris had in the entire country, which three of them he already knew, the bunkers in Weglinnic and Perpetua, and the house in Debleou Cursfee. The other 12 properties were a mix of penthouses, apartments, ordinary two-story houses and huge mansions over remote and private areas of the country. He would also own an educational institution dedicated to the scientific community. Once the document was validated by the State Union Mind, Gavin would be able to conquer everything his father left behind when Kyedoth murdered him.
