A couple of days had passed since the strong snowstorm that had Isaac locked up inside the bunker. He couldn't do much to evolve in his mission but he was going to make it up for the next days for sure. He was in the bunker's garage fixing some things up in his motorcycle since he noticed that nitro fuel was leaking in some of the valves that connect with the main motor. The garage, which looked more like a hangar, was wide. Big enough to fit several terrain vehicles and some floating jets. Its metallic white walls were tall, in five meters of height, while its ceiling worked as the gate as well. Some point in its horizontal extension, it curved down to the floor and separated them from the outside. The edges that went in contact with the floor connected with an entrance a few centimeters under the grass and sealed it very well. Made out of qerreol, that gate was almost unbreakable.

Isaac had his hands dirty from touching some mechanical parts wet from oil. He spent most of his morning trying to fix it up, but he got interrupted by the sound of the big gate opening all of a sudden. "Why are you opening the gates, Gavin?" He asked while looking under the motorcycle. He got up his feet to see not Gavin, but someone that really wanted to talk to him.

"Hi." Lola said with a bit of anger put into her voice, very discreetly. She has been trying to get in contact with Isaac since the last time they spoke three days ago, but he didn't feel like talking to her. "Why are you avoiding me?" Isaac took a bit to reply, thinking that he wasn't in the mood for this conversation.

"You said it yourself, Lola. 'It is better if anybody else gets involved'. Remember?" He grabbed a towel to clean his hands superficially. Isaac needed a damn good bath.

"Yes, but I am not anybody else. I am with you into this since the beginning-" Isaac interrupted her. Besides being a bit angry that she turned her back on them for some days, he felt for real that it was better for Lola to step aside from the situation.

"But I do not need you anymore, Lola. Stop being so stupid." Isaac grabbed some things and pressed a button to close and lock the gate, walking towards the elevator later.

"What do you mean you don't need me anymore? You're angry because I spent some days off?" She followed him into the elevator, both going down to the common area of the bunker. Isaac remained quiet the whole time, making Lola slap him on the shoulder to get a response. "Answer me!"

"Let's just pass decompression and decontamination. You are not bringing outside germs and bacteria to my dear little bunker."

Both passed through these entering stages and got into the house. Lola walked furiously behind Isaac who remained as calm as ever. He walked over to the living room and sat on the couch. "GAVIN, COME HERE."

The boy appeared a few seconds later with a file in his hands. He hugged Lola, who smiled widely at his appearance. "Oh, look at you. How are things going down here with this dickhead?" Lola asked while holding Gavin's left shoulder after they split the hug.

"Better than I expected for sure." He couldn't complain about living with Isaac at this point. Things were going well for them.

"Do you remember when Lola said that was better if anyone else got involved in our situation?" Isaac asked Gavin, who nodded positively in response, but feeling a bit reluctant. He didn't want Lola to feel bad about it. "Then we both agreed that it was better to exclude her from our current mission, right?"

As soon as she heard it, Lola released the caring hold she had on Gavin to look at him in pure disbelief. "I can't believe you both are getting me out of it! You, Gavin? Oh, my Liberator." She sat on the couch quickly like she was going to pass out. "I. Can't. Believe. It."

"Stop being so overdramatic and stupid about it, Pyotr. You are a person that goes out every daysoff, attends fancy dinners and elite gatherings, has an online life that is very popular, you have lots of friends and have siblings growing up. In other words, you are famous and actually have a career, unlike Gavin and I. It is so stupid to put all these things at risk just to help us when we do not need that help anymore. That is my point." Isaac said truthfully. Being around him and Gavin was dangerous for everyone when both boys had targets over their heads.
