"HEY! I just wanted to call to congratulate you! I mean, you were amazing at the fashion show yesterday and everyone is talking about it, Lola. IT'S AMAZING!" Dárya, a close friend of Lola screamed out insanely on the phone. In that morning, Lola was waken up by thousands of messages congratulating her on her first performance as a professional model on the day before, which she did great.

She was sitting on her bed, having the sunlight of the morning warming her skin entirely. She was wearing a simple white crop top and black shorts, and since she thought she looked good even though simple, Lola took a picture of herself to post on her social media to thank all of the people online who had been cheering and praising her performance on the day before. Within minutes, her picture already surpassed one million little hearts and two hundred thousand comments.

Being daughter of a famous journalist anchor clearly helped Lola to get notoriety online, but it happened naturally, she never actually made it a goal. Most people just liked her aesthetic and related to the things she posted, and when she took advantage of it, her fame only increased.

"Hey, Dari. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I missed you there yesterday, what happened? You said you were coming." Lola got up and stretched out her body while looked out the window.

"My father locked me inside of the house, an desperate act of craziness I must say." Lola could see Irina rolling her eyes as she said it.

"Dárya, you're 25 years old, how did your father locked you inside?" Lola laughed and walked to the bathroom to brush her teeth.

"He locked all the doors from his phone because the city's on alert because of that shitty virus everyone is talking about. I was going to take the plane to Qorjal by night."

"Really? I thought you were here already." She said with her toothbrush inside her mouth.

"I was, I was! He asked me to come to Debleou but I didn't think he wanted to arrest me, but you know how militaries are. Do you have another show booked with another company? I will be there, I promise!"

"Yeah, next week." She spit the foam out of her mouth and washed it, drying it later. "But it's not in Qorjal. It's on Yeterrik, quite close to Debleou."

"That's even better, send me the details! I have to grab a car now, Lola. I will text you later! Bye."

"Bye, Iri, see ya." She finished the call and walked back to her bedroom, sitting on the edge of the bed. Lola ignored all the calls, messages and notifications about the fashion show so she could check up on her secret friends, Gavin and Isaac, but when she called his phone, no one answered. She tried one more time but still no responses. This made Lola feel worried because Isaac always answers the phone and he always wakes up early in the morning, so this was not supposed to happen.

"Oh dammit..." She said to herself, but her attention was brought to the door after someone knocked on it. "Come in!"

"Hello, dear. Good morning!" Her mother said with a huge smile, having a little round cake in hands with one lighten up candle on it. "Congratulations!"

Lola smiled and got up to hug her mother, grabbing the cake later. "Oh Gods, thank you, mom."

"This is piutrul cake, your favorite sweet flavor! You made me very proud yesterday, my dear. All I see is your face everywhere on the internet." They laughed in pure joy. Petra, Lola's mother, went to hug her again before leaving. "Anyway, Lola, I am going to work now and the driver is letting Deetemar in school." Deete was Lola's younger brother.

"Oh, that's okay. I am staying home today, resting for next week."

"Alright dear. I will come back by night." Petra left the room and Lola closed the door, grabbing her phone and eating a piece of that cake made by the Gods themselves.
