A place reserved for calmness, serenity, beauty and peace, with living colors and cool temperature, having the sun illuminating everything single centimeter of it, guaranteeing joyful aura of such environment. With all of that, how can a place feel so lonely, miserable and terrifying? How can an extension of simple and natural elements create so much desperation inside a person's mind? The more he walked and found nothing, the more desperate he got. Gavin was now stuck inside this endless field of tall grass that lead to nowhere. He walked, he ran, he even tried to dig the ground, but he could find nothing.

He was only in his underwear, just like he went to sleep, and his body looked the same. He didn't see anything different and felt nothing wrong, so what was the point of that event? Why he was trapped inside a world with one sun with an endless green field? The answers weren't coming anytime soon.

After minutes of walking forward, Gavin felt a strong and fuming wave of wind hit his back precisely, like it was someone pushing him, and when he turned to look back, the entire scenario changed. He was now in a dark room, which felt empty and looked obscure, just like the universe. When Gavin got his senses started again, he realized that liquid water surrounded him until the middle of his thigh, and his feet felt little square tiles underneath them. There was no light and no way out. Just an endless corridor of water and a sensation of fear and desperation that would only grow with the time.

Once he decided to stop walking because he was getting to nowhere, the sound of moving water also faded, but just for a few seconds. Moments after Gavin was in place, he heard the water move abruptly behind him, like someone was in a hurry to catch him in the dark. When the noise was right behind his back, he fell to the water, having his body totally submerged, and besides not allowing his body to breathe and drink the water, it was doing it anyway, in the most painful way imaginable.

The next thing he saw was Isaac standing in front of him with worried eyes. Gavin was on his feet looking out of the big window of his bedroom. Isaac woke up by chance and saw his lover weirdly staring at the dark forest, so he got up as well after calling him several times and not getting an answer. Gavin's body was still, but no reaction came out of it. When he turned to see Gavin's face, Isaac got scared. He had his eyes exaggeratedly opened and his pupils were inexistent. The head was slightly tilted to the side, making the scene even creepier. He shook his body a few times before he saw a move.

Gavin took an exasperated breath like he was almost drowning in a pool and his body felt weak, so once he returned to that reality, he grabbed on Isaac's arms to get support. His eyes started to let tears fall down his face and he didn't even know why.

"Love? Are you okay?" Isaac held stiffly the body of Gavin, who still had that desperate breath. "Answer me, Gavin."

They looked straight at each other's eyes, and the glance Gavin was giving to Isaac was worrying him. It was pure terror. "Love, tell me what happened." He held Gavin's face with both hands.

"I don't know... I don't now...." Gavin said low, feeling lost. "Are you real?"

"What?" Isaac furrowed his brows in confusion. "Of course I am real, Gavin." Now his nerves started to settle down and Isaac led them to the bed once again, both sitting side by side. "Gavin, what is happening? You scared the fuck out of me now."

"I don't know, Isaac... I was having this dream... but it didn't feel like a dream. It felt like I was genuinely in somewhere else." He said while looking at the floor.

"What kind of place made you look like that? Gavin, your pupils are faded away."

"It was a green field. An endless green field. The sky was a beautiful tone of light blue and it only had one sun, smaller than both we see here." Gavin looked at Isaac's face. "It was weird. The place was... enchanting but it never ended and it made me feel desperate. Later everything changed. I was in a dark corridor filled with water. Something drowned me and made me drink and breathe that water against my will... then I woke up."
