Donovan watched Travis' retreating back, he snapped back to reality when he saw him disappear into the darkness towards his burning mansion.

His heart ache just by looking at his home burning to the ground but his options are running low, there's nothing he can do for the mansion for now, the most important thing is that they get out of his property without anyone noticing them.

He snapped out of his reverie when he felt a soft tug of his hand.

He looked down and saw Sandy's tired expression. He shifted his hand and intertwined it with Sandy's hand, he faced her and a tear slid on his right cheek, just by looking at her and realizing how she stood beside him through death, how lucky he is to have a woman who can defend him and most specially who can stand his attitude.

Right now while looking at the woman who never entered his fantasies, a sudden overwhelming feeling of love rushed through him that all he wanted to do is to put Sandy inside her heart. This is the first time he fell in love and would experience love, it was terrifyingly ecstatic.

He snapped back to reality when he feel Sandy's hand wipe his tears.

With one last look at the burning mansion, they turned their backs and walked away, their hands intertwined and their will to thrive is burning. They will face tomorrow with everything they've got until this horrible events turn into horrible memories they could bury and forget.
