SOMEONE'S POV:

Sandy did not waste time and continued dragging the seemingly lifeless form of her boss, wondering why he's acting like he doesn't care about his life anymore.

She made herself a human shield while guiding Donovan away from his car. She cursed loudly when she saw the bastard throw the bomb towards them. In a blink of an eye and without hesitation she drag Donovan with her towards the merciless embrace of the asphalt just to save their skins from being roasted alive.

They landed on the hard road, without a second thought Sandy crawled on the back of Donovan to protect him and the moment she covered her boss's ears, the bomb went off.

BOOOOOM!

A loud bang erupted just e mere inches away from them, Sandy felt  one of her shoe fly away from her foot, she felt a stinging sensation from her foot but she didn't bother herself to look or inspect it because there's only one thing in her mind and that is to save and protect Donovan. Kahit pa Minsan hinihiling niyang kunin ito ni Lord, nasasabi at naiisip lang naman niya yun dahil imbyerna talaga Siya Minsan sa kasamaan ng boss niya but she doesn't mean all of it. Deep down she believes that an illumine of kindness is still lurking behind the facade of Donovan's ruthless behavior.

Ilang minuto pa silang nanatili sa posisyon nila bago nagpalinga linga si Sandy at kompirmahin kung pinapaulanan pa ba sila Ng Bomba.
Napakunot ang noon niya at nagtaka, kung bomba ang pinaghahagis ng gagong taong yun ba't parang hindi naman nito napuruhan ang sasakyan ng mag landing ito sa may windshield.

" Get off me!"

Nabalik siya sa huwisyo ng marinig niya ang inis na sabi ni Donovan at walang Sabi sabing tinulak siya nito palayo. Tumaas ang alta presyon niya sa kabastosang iyon ng amo.

" Ano bang problema mo?! Kanina parang nawawalan ka na ng pag asa tapos ngayon naman naiinis ka na!? Gago ka ba?! Ikaw na nga tong pinoprotektahan at lahat lahat ikaw pa may ganang mag galit galitan diyan! Inaano ba kita ha! Kung galit ka sakin dahil pinakanta kita ng SpongeBob SquarePants edi sorry na! Putang Ina! "

Walang preno niyang litanya halos maputulan siya ng litid sa leeg pero wala na siyang pake talagang medyo nasaktan siya sa pagtulak nito sa kanya, ginampanan niya naman ang pagiging bodyguard niya kaya ano pa bang pinuputok ng botchi ng bilyonaryong mabilis magbago ang mood.

" I'm not mad, I'm FUCKING FURIOUS! With what is happening to me!! "

Donovan shouted and proceeded to kick and punch his car, letting out the frustrations that had built up. Everything are just happening so fast he couldn't keep up. He couldn't digest the fact that his life is counted, the mere thought of his empire crumbling into nothing is enough to suffocate him, before that happens he'll make sure already six feet under, he couldn't fathom seeing it's destruction before his very eyes, that empire is his whole world.

On the other hand, Sandy was stunned watching his boss losing it, nakaramdam siya ng awa para dito. Oo nga't nasa kanya na lahat ng karangyaan, pero kahit gabundok pa ang pera niya wala pa rin iyong silbi kapag ang karma na mismo ang naghiganti. Sa nakikita niya ngayon hindi lang galit ang gustong pumatay sa amo niya talagang gusto nitong  pahirapan muna ito bago tuluyang patayin.

Napailing siya hindi niya hahayaang mamatay ang boss niya sa kamay ng isang mortal lamang kahit pa napakasalbahe nito ay naniniwala pa rin siyang magbabago ito, her boss deserve a second a chance and she'll make sure this man will die not because of a bomb or a gun but because of old age.

" What the fuck?! Is this all you can do, you fucking bastards?! Shower me with these cheap fire crackers?! Come on! Show your faces! Tapusin na natin dito! Wag na tayong magsayang pa ng panahon ! "
