Third person POV

Atsushi was just a kid, but that didn't matter at all. He still got abused by the Headmaster of the orphanage but mori save him and adopted atsushi.

Mori has a lot of trust in dazai so that why he told dazai to be atsushi bodyguard or servant and dazai didn't want to at first but then soon got used to being with atsushi and it wasn't so bad.

Atsushi was always so kind, and nice to dazai and would actually Comfort dazai sometime. But soon oda died and he left the port Mafia, but atsushi was happy for him so he didn't mind or care about it.

Dazai haven't seen atsushi in a few years and didn't expect to see him at all.

Today the port mafia and the agency were having a meeting, both of the bosses were talking with each other, when atsushi suddenly walked in. "Son? What is it?" Mori immediately ask, the agency looked a bit surprised on that, they're heard about atsushi being the son of the port mafia boss but they didn't believe it.

"The bodyguards are dead.." Atsushi said, "again?" Mori said, as he sighed. "Not my fault! You're not training them! They basically die so easily!?" Atsushi said, dazai look surprised at see atsushi but then he smiled.

"Atsushi?" Dazai said, atsushi immediately recognize the voice. "Dazai!" Atsushi said, dazai immediately bow due to respect and it surprise everyone. "You shouldn't have to bow to me...you don't even work for me anymore.." Atsushi said, but dazai didn't listen.

"I'm glad to see your doing okay." Dazai said, atsushi immediately noticed it, he always could tell when dazai was upset. "you were always a good liar..but dazai..you know i can see it.." Atsushi said, dazai look a bit offended and looked away.

"I'm confused.." Tanizaki said, the agency was really confused. "When I was adopted by mori..dazai was my bodyguard..and technically my servant?" Atsushi said, it makes sense now.

"But..dazai always has problems so I comfort him a lot" atsushi said, dazai just look away, he didn't want to admit that. "And dazai won't admit it" atsushi said, dazai didn't say anything.

"what it like it be mori son?" Yosano asked, "pretty interesting..I mean I get anything I want..and I always seen to be hunted down though.." Atsushi said, dazai immediately looked mad for some reason.

"Hunting down? But..you still a kid.." Dazai said, "it not surprising..I mean I'm mori son..so..and the bodyguards don't do a great job" atsushi said, mori nodded in agreement. "I'll try to find someone that's trained more.." Mori said, he didn't want his son to get hurt at all.

"Wow..I didn't expect the port mafia son to be so kind..?" Naomi said, "it was a surprise to us too" the port mafia member say, suddenly someone tries to attack atsushi but kyouka stop them.

"Ugh..it so tired sometimes.." Atsushi said, "are you okay?"  Kyouka asked and atsushi just nodded and soon the meeting came to an end and everyone went they're separate ways.

Atsushi didn't understand why dazai was walking with him, "do you have work?" Atsushi asked and dazai nodded but he didn't really care. "I miss you" dazai said, and that surprise atsushi.

"You miss me?" Atsushi said as he walked into his mansion and dazai just smiled. "Of course I missed you!" Dazai said as he hugged atsushi, atsushi look a bit confused. "..I'm sorry for leaving.." Dazai suddenly say, atsushi giggles at that.

"you don't have to apologize for that, it was your choice to leave." Atsushi said, after a while atsushi was in his bed and dazai was laying his head on his lap. "I missed this.." Dazai whispered, atsushi would always play with dazai messy hair when dazai upset.

"Are you feeling better?" Atsushi asked, dazai nodded. "..atsushi..you never talked about your feelings" dazai said, atsushi never does. "I supposed I don't.." Atsushi said, dazai immediately hug atsushi and atsushi hug him back.

"My life got better when mori adopted me but I still have those nightmares and the hallucinations.." Atsushi said, dazai look surprised it was his first time hearing about this.

"you could have told me" dazai said, atsushi just nervously smiles. "you had your own problems..my problem weren't important.." Atsushi said, as dazai hold his face. "Your problems are important as well" dazai said, atsushi just nodded.

Dazai immediately hug atsushi again and they stay in the hug for a while until atsushi yawn. "..you should get some sleep" dazai said, as atsushi grab his hand. "..stay with me.." Atsushi said, and dazai couldn't say no so he stay with atsushi.

This time atsushi didn't have any nightmares and slept peacefully. Dazai also slept peacefully and he miss atsushi so he didn't mind staying with atsushi.
