"A true friend will uplift you, but a snake will bring you down to lift itself higher."
"I'm so sorry about last night, Sari-chan!" A jumpy Asami welcomed Sarina who just walked inside the living room of Kimura's house. It was the day after her best friend's competition, but she didn't expect her to be this hyper. Well, she doesn't really mind.
"You don't have to worry about anything, Ami-chan. It's okay." Chuckled Sarina who hugged the woman who was just angry last night. But now, she is glowing. She inwardly wonders what happened.
"Let's hang out today, Sari-chan." Was what Asami said with a huge smile while holding the black-haired's hands.
"I'm okay with that. But I have my classes to attend to and I have work this aft—" Before she could finish, her best friend started acting cute, making her heart flutter. Just how adorable Asami is, seriously?
"Please~"
And just like that, Sarina gave in.
"Fine. I guess there's nothing wrong with being absent once in a while." Sighing, the green-eyed replied.
"Yay! Thank you, Sari-chan!" Indeed, a happy Asami is all that matters to Sarina.
"Don't worry. You're not the only bad girl today, I am, too hehe~" As the platinum blonde said that, her phone suddenly buzzed.
"See? My manager asked me to call him because I told him that I wanna hang out with my Sarina today."
"Is that so? Then maybe you should tell him nicely."
"You're really such a sweet girl, Sari-chan. Okay then, I will do exactly that. So if you don't mind, can you please get my bag in my room? Then, we can go have some fun." Sarina nodded with a smile before walking towards the stairs while Asami is left downstairs...with a decreasing smile.
Sarina has been in Asami's place before so she's familiar with almost everything inside the house. Except...for one thing. She didn't expect to someone in her best friend's room.
"Woah! Shoot! Sorry! I didn't see anything."
"What the—Four-eyes? What are you doing here?"
To the woman's shock, when she opened the door, the view that welcomed her senses is a certain man putting on his pants. It wasn't just any man. It was someone she knows so much. To make sure she doesn't see anything, she turned around and closed the door behind her as soon as she could.
"I-I'm so sorry, Rin-sama. I promise I didn't see anything." She explained behind the door. It didn't even took the man seconds before sprinting out.
"What are you doing here?" Her pair of green orbs glanced at him and noticed that he had worn his pants and shirt but he hadn't buttoned everything, so it was still awkward for her to look at him. Not to mention, it was embarrassing that she almost turned into a peeping Sarina.
