"There. Just relax on that chair over there, okay?"

"Do I have a choice?" She giggled a response.

"No."

Well, as much as Rindou Haitani doesn't want to stay still for God knows how long it'd be, he can't. He promised the writer-artist, Sarina Samidori that he will help her create her first volume cover. Which brings them to this scene...where he is seated on a single leathered sofa. With his right hand holding his gun and his left is resting under his chin while lazily leaning. Meanwhile, she is seated on a highchair at the bar counter faced with her sketchpad.

"This is so cringe. For how long do I have to put up with this?"

"I haven't even started, Rin-chan." She replied while reaching for her hair tie inside her bag. "Please be patient." Added the woman while putting her hair up in a ponytail. And the model at hand didn't expect to get attacked by that single gesture of hers. He's so down bad.

Little did he know that's only the beginning of his inner torment.

"I promise this won't take long." She says again and proceeds to stare at him for a few seconds before concentrating on her pad.

Rindou decides to stay quiet while she continued to steal glances at him before continuing her work. This continued for a few minutes but the more he looks at her, the more he loses his mind.

Truth be told, he couldn't explain it, but her consecutive actions did their toll on his heart. The sight of her neck, her small right hand which is gripping on her pencil, while being shone upon by the afternoon sunlight...are causing his insides to go wild. Much more when she gazes at him, and they meet eyes for a few seconds before she looks back into her work. Perhaps, the thought that they're finally alone adds to his fuel, too. Everything is just making him want to run towards her and...do what he has been wanting to do for a while.

Before him is Sarina, the funny, goofy, and weird girl whom he found annoying and intolerable before, has truly turned into a beautiful passionate woman who loves writing and art from the depths of her soul.

A woman...that he learned to appreciate upon knowing her deeply.

A woman he didn't expect he would want.

He gulps and inwardly wonders if it's really possible to want someone like this. If it's normal to feel this strongly towards someone.

"You look so serious. What are you thinking?" You.

"Let me guess. You wanna take a dump?" Despite being serious a while ago, he suddenly cackled, disrupting his concentration to stay still.

"Idiot. If you distract me so much, that cover may just end up in the dump." This time, it was her turn to cackle.

"It's fine. I am still planning to redo this at home. I always prepare a draft before I do the real thing. I learned from Miss Hana that drafting allows an artist to practice so that when I do the real thing, everything will be better." Was what she said before showing her work to her model.

"See? I told you it won't take long." Before him is the main character of her book with the same pose as him but with different hair length and clothes. "What do you think?"

"Not bad. Are you done?" He asks. She shook her head for a bit.

"Not yet. I still need to add more details and I'll be. Why? Do you have other things to do later?" She asks, still focused on her work.
