Atlas is a collection of maps in a book form.

But in this book, who is Atlas?

"It's confirmed, Boss. Your wife, Lady Agustina and Elizalde Wolfe have an affair. They have been secretly seeing one another for three years now." A pair of green eyes silently looked at the photos and documents arranged on his table by his trusted informants. The boss scanned the photos with his eyes before turning away.

"To think he skewered my sister and my wife. How despicable."

Atlas Schreiber was 20 years old when his parents arranged his marriage with Agustina Dietrich who was only 18 years old at that time. The Schreiber and Dietrich Family were close since Giuseppe Schreiber and Alfonso Dietrich were childhood best friends. It was no wonder that they wanted their children together. However, Atlas deemed him and Agustina immature to live under the same roof so early on, so he chose to give her respect at least for a few years before taking their marriage too seriously. It was a bit of a surprise to him for his wife to seek attention and love from another man whom unexpectedly, her sister-in-law's husband, in their five years of married life.

"Do we tell Lady Guineverre and your father, Boss?" Atlas shook his head.

"No. I will them some other time. I don't want Zorn to grow up looking at his father badly. He's too young." Besides, Sister loves Elizalde Wolfe too much. Her heart will be broken. I doubt she'll believe me, either. "For now, we will observe Elizalde. We will pile up that asshole's dirt until it's time to dispose of him. He's a traitor, a cheater, and a fucking liar. Only death awaits someone like him."

The 25-year-old Atlas was known as a kind, honorable, and humble man. But he was actually a heartless and a sadist who can order someone's execution in a blink of an eye. Through and through, he was cunning, careful, and intelligent manipulator. He doesn't hesitate to use people to achieve his goals. The characteristic that Zorn later on admired about him.

He grew up curious and naturally adventurous about everything around him. He was obedient to listen to all his father's orders. The boy in his own world, was what the followers of his father used to call him. He would spend his days reading until he memorized all the books in their family library. What he knows for his age was advanced, impressing both his parents and all their friends. He made his father's closest and richest friends invest in his mind and multiplied their assets. It was those days that his father, Giuseppe started considering him as his heir to inherit Purgatorio, one of the quietest that isn't entirely considered as an underground group.

Before Atlas turned 20, he was asked by his father to marry his friend's daughter to expand their business since the Dietrich was the family who wished to invest most in Purgatorio. The young Atlas didn't mind so he complied. He disliked arguing with people anyway. Little did he expect that the woman whom his father asked him to marry would sleep with his sister's husband. Was he heartbroken? Torn to pieces? No. Atlas never loved Agustina in their five years. He even deemed "love" to be something insignificant in his life.

It was that year, when he was 25 years old, that he met a person who changed his mind.

"Almost...there..."

Atlas was in his favorite book club near the university in the city. He couldn't stop looking at a certain lady wearing an unusually sky-blue long skirt and white cardigan stepping on a ladder while reaching for a book on a higher shelf. Noticing that her step on was wobbling, he closed the book he was reading and quickly darted towards her.

"Oh shoo--" He managed to catch the girl. It took her seconds to realize that someone caught her.

"Are you all right?" asked the gentleman in English to be understood. As if things went in slow motion, she fluttered her golden-colored orbs towards the man who appeared to her like a real prince charming. "Miss?"
