Sarina is now preparing in the dressing room to be called to go onstage. She has eaten her lunch. She has drunk enough water. But everything still seems to make her shake. Her sense of taste is gone. She can't feel her hands and feet. All she knows is that she's so nervous that she can't seem to breathe properly.

Her mind is boggled with tons of 'what ifs'. She can't help it. She just can't help but overthink if she can answer all the questions that the readers will ask her or if she can read the story better.

"Miss Sasa..." She turns to the door and there, peeking is her editor, Sumire Arima.

"Is it time already, Sensei? Wait. Let me—"

"Oh, it's not like that. I just came by because someone is here to see you." That made her curious. Then suddenly, someone unexpected walked in the door.

"Ami...chan...? What are you doing here? What about your competition?" The black-haired asked consecutively because she just couldn't believe that she would see this person here. Most especially after what happened to their last meeting.

"It can wait. My best friend can't. Can I ask for an early autograph, Miss Sasa Green?" That instantly made the writer tear up and Sumire, smile.

"I will leave you two for a while."

As soon as the mature female left, she immediately ran to her best friend who hugged her back.

"I can't believe you're here." She says and feels her eyes getting filled with tears.

"Of course. I possibly can't miss my best friend's most awaited day." The blue-eyed replied and parted from their hug. "I'm sorry about what happened in the concert. And...about Daisuke-kun. And...Rindou-kun. I realized I have done lots of shitty things to you because of my delusions."

Sarina couldn't explain it but she just listened and looked at her blue-eyed best friend as she was speaking.

"What I did to Sister was...was wrong. I'm sorry it took me this long to realize and apologize. I'm really sorry. I missed you, Sari-chan." Just like that, the green started tearing up again and shook her head.

"It's fine now. More importantly, you're here and you came back to being the best friend that I love. I missed you, too, Ami-chan." She replied and embraced Asami again. She felt her best friend caressing her back.

"There, there. Stop crying now or you'll ruin your makeup." Replied the other who reached for her cheek and wiped her tears.

Then, she held both Sarina's hands.

"Listen...I'm sorry for everything I said and done to you. I was so stupid and mean and insensitive and—" But before she could continue, the black-haired quickly squeezed her hands.

"No, not. It's okay. Everything's okay now." She sees the way the blondie slowly smiled and let out a deep exhale.
