By the time Thane made it to Silvent City, he was out of breath. He had sprinted the entire way with a backpack on, and still, he got there by the time it was dark out. He took a moment to catch his breath and take a big gulp of his water. Embit, meanwhile, was relaxed. Thane had carried him on his shoulder the entire way, so he wasn't tired from running, just the battle with Geklow earlier. "Okay, let's see..." He opened up the Map App to search for the nearest Trainer Station. When he found the closest one, he began walking.

"Wow." An awed Thane and Embit stared at the city around them. Even from Route 3, they could see the blinding lights. The tall buildings that surrounded them were like beacons, even the smaller buildings were lit up in the city charm. Thane and Embit had never seen anything like this before, both being from a small town. It was incredible, the bright lights and tall buildings, made Thane feel insignificant. Thane felt his heart swell, seeing the city, it was like watching his first Battle Theatre match on TV, no, that was too small. Seeing the city, the lights washing over his eyes, it was like seeing his first league tournament on TV. This was the first stop in their journey, though, Thane couldn't imagine what else he would see later on in his quest.

Thane and Embit spent so much time marveling at the city, that it took them half an hour to reach the Trainer Station. But once they were there, Thane handed over Embit, and the two discs containing his other Loomians to the kind nurse behind the counter, where she then went into the backroom to heal them. After a few minutes, she returned with a fully healed Embit, Twittle, and Geklow. Thane thanked her and took back Embit and the discs with his other Loomians.

That's when he remembered Mr. Wilson's lecture. "Excuse me, ma'am?" Thane began as he placed the discs on his right backpack strap. "Yes, hun?" She asked. "I was told that you could sign up for the Roria League at a Trainer Station?" He asked hopefully. She smiled brightly at him. "Of course! Here!" She said excitedly as she turned her computer screen to face Thane. The Roria League website was already pulled up. "Just put in your information to register." Thane did as he was told and with some instructions along the way, he was registered. "Great! Now all you have to do is collect all eight medals!" She made it sound like a mundane task. Thane smiled happily at her, "Thank you!" The nurse smiled. "You're welcome!"

After that was taken care of, Thane made his way toward the area of the station meant to house trainees for the night. He took a quick shower and changed into shorts and a running shirt before heading to his room. He threw his dirty clothes in a pile in front of his bed, which he would wash before leaving Silvent City.

Taking a breath, he released Twittle and she began to chase Embit around the room before the two began to jump on the bed. Thane clapped his hands. "Alright guys, we have a new Loomian, so it's time for introductions!" Thane pulled out the disc and released Geklow, and she immediately went for Embit, tackling him off the bed and engaging him in a real fight. Before things got out of control, Thane and Twittlle separated them. But all that accomplished was getting Geklow to turn on them instead. "Here! Do you want food?" Thane said, throwing small Soul Crystals he got back on Route 3 at Geklow's feet.

The sight of the food managed to calm her down, and Geklow sat down and quickly devoured the crystals. Thane sighed. "Alright, Geklow, welcome to the team! I'm Thane, that's Embit, and that's Twittle." He introduced himself and the members of his team and the other two greeted her warmly. Geklow ignored them, instead, she jumped onto the bed, knocking Twittle off and onto the floor. Geklow quickly found a comfortable position under the covers, and promptly fell asleep. Luckily for Embit and Twittle, they were small Loomians, so they found a comfortable spot at the end of the bed, and Thane was stuck sleeping in his sleeping bag on the floor.

Embit felt his eyes snap open. His blue eyes darted around the dark room and he sniffed the room, his ears perked up as he listened. Thane and the others were in a deep sleep, good. He had made sure to take naps throughout the day to be able to stay awake this late into the night. He lay in bed until his eyes got adjusted to the darkness before jumping off the bed. He winced when he heard the creak under his paws and paused. No one stirred, and he took a deep, quiet breath. He made his way to the window and after a few minutes of struggling, managed to open it, and he slipped into the bright night.
