"Oh- yeah sure why?"
"I dunno. Just so we have a break from work and stuff."
George was standing in the doorway of his and Dreams bedroom. He had the idea about a week ago but wanted to ask a week before the twos anniversary.
You see last year the two males finally met up with each other, after only being able to talk through phone calls or texts. When they finally met up the two were inseparable (and still were). The males had been trying to have some time on their own, but had been unsuccessful in the past. Currently, SapNap had gone to visit Karl and the two had the house to themselves.
"I'd love to go on a road trip with you bub. When we leaving?"
"I dunno.. whenever your ready."
"We can go now?"
"Ok darling, let's get ready now."

"Thanks for asking me to do this George."
"Of course darling, to be honest I think we need some time out of the house. By ourselves, like not having to worry about YouTube or anything."
Dream smiled and took my hand in his own. I glanced over at him and smiled, an idea popping into my head.
I took Dreams hand away from mine and took my phone. I cautiously went onto Spotify and put on Dreams playlist, knowing that the first one was 'Road trip.'
When Dream heard the music he began to yell and tried to snatch my phone out of my hand, failing hilariously. He groaned as the music began to play.
People change like the tides in the ocean, at least I think or am I dead wrong..?
Foot on the brake, at the light i don't notice

20 hours, in an old van.
Up the east coast through the cold wind, drove 20 hours by the ocean
Up the East coast, what a road trip..
Now that interstate is paved with memories! Of a past life I lived when I was 18
And every winter I think back to what we used to be, in that past life we lived at 18

Over a couple of days we travelled up the country from London together. The road trip up lasted about two days and then two days back, so basically four days. When we arrived back at London it was heavily raining and dark out. I pulled the car up the driveway, getting out of the car and stopping to just stand in the rain.
I knew Dream loved the rain, so I grabbed His hands and pulled his boyfriend towards him.
"Hi."
"Hi..?"
Dream spoke, giggling and looking at me in confusion. I smiled and bent forwards, causing Dream to fall backwards. I kissed his nose gently and then connected our lips together for a long passionate kiss. We both stood up straight and swiftly broke the kiss, before immediately going back for it. The kiss lasted for about twenty seconds more before breaking the kiss again.
"You wanna go inside now?"
"Mhm.. why not. Sort out the bags tomorrow."
I hummed and kissed Dreams nose again, picking him up carefully and carried him inside. We got dressed and lay in bed.
"Thank you for the road trip baby."
"It's no problem sweetheart, thank you for coming with me."
