I loved Scary movies. Basically all of us did. And by all of us I mean:
Me
Dream
Karl
Sapnap
But I still got scared extremely easy, which didn't help when watching horror movies- obviously.
But now we were all doing a small scary movie marathon; where we all pick one horror movie and had to watch it all. We had a bunch of snacks and drinks on the table. Dream and me were cuddling on one side of the couch (Dream was hugging me from the side) and Karl and Sapnap were next to us cuddling.
Dream walked out to go to the toilet, leaving me on my own. We didn't pause the film, knowing it would literally be like a minute or two until Dream was back.
In the time Dream was gone, there was a jump scare. Usually I would grab onto Dreams hard (not hard, just so that I didn't fly up into the air or something-) but obviously Dream wasn't there. So I grabbed the closest thing to me.
Not a pillow
Not a blanket
Not a drink or piece of food
Not a piece of my clothing
No
Nope
I grabbed Karl's arm. I know it's weird but my arm just went to grab it and I couldn't stop. I realised what I had done and almost immediately moved my arm away, turning to Karl to apologise. Instead of a comment about it being ok or something; the film was paused and yelling filled the room.
Dream came back and watched as Karl stood up and started to ask what had happened.
"WHAT HAPPENED?! YOUR BOYFRIEND GRABBED ONTO MY ARM!"
"I didn't mean to! You know I get scared easily! I would have grabbed onto Dream but he wasn't there so- and I said I was sorry!"
"George, Karl. Calm down. It's fine- why'd you just both apologise and you can leave it at that?"
"Dreams right Karl. George didn't mean to do it- he was just scared."
"Ugh- whatever."
Karl scoffed and nuzzled back into Sapnaps shoulder, basically where he lay before. I looked over at Dream and mouthed a sorry, Dream nodded and sat next to me again. He rubbed my arm as he hugged me again; moving underneath the blanket we were sharing and cuddled me.
"I'm sorry baby- I didn't mean to.."
"It's ok bubba- you were just scared. Now let's just enjoyed the rest of the night."
