in which you telll colby you're pregnant on christmas morning
it's christmas morning, you wake up to colby resting his head on your chest with one arm wrapped around your stomach
you look down annd admire how cute he looks when he's sleeping.
as you play with his hair you think about how he's gonna react when he opens that one gift.
his eyes slowly open and look up at you. he grins and stretches a little bit
"merry christmas baby" he says in a VERY raspy voice, he puts a hand on your cheek and rubs it with his thumb
"merry christmas" you smile back and he puts his hand back down and gets comfy by your side again
"did you sleep good?"
"mhm" he's still trying to wake up so his response was delayed
"come on let's go open presents!"
he grunts and stretches once more, you lift up his head and slither out of bed
"HEYYY" he whines
"what?!"
"i wanna cuddleee"
"let's cuddle by the christmas tree"
"fine." he says as he slowly gets out of bed
"RACE YOU DOWNSTAIRS" you say
you run downstairs and he runs after you. you're so out of breath but you try to hide it. you sit on the couch as colby comes running in the living room
you both agree that you want hot chocolate so you go to the kitchen to make it while colby puts the presents in two piles.
you come back and colby's done separating the presents. you and colby take turns opening presents one at a time.
he got you leggings, uggs, a stanley, makeup, skin care, perfume, etc and you got him rings, necklaces, cologne, white claws, beanies, shoes, etc
after opening his last gift he sits by you on the couch and gives you a kiss. "thank you so much baby, i love everything"
"WAIT I HAVE ONE MORE PRESENT FOR YOU!"
you bolt off the couch and get the tiny box you hid under the tree skirt and place it in his lap
"what is it?!" colby asks
"open it!!"
he unties the bow and takes the lid off.
"wow you got me a box" he says sarcastically
"take the tissue paper out!!"
he takes the paper out and he sees an ultrasound picture along with a positive pregnancy test and his jaw drops to the floor.
"oh my god." he says surprised
"are you mad?!" you ask
he stares into the box and his eyes start to water, he drops the box and gives you a huge hug.
"that's why you've been so sick!!"
"i know! i've been wanting to tell you forever!"
he stops the hug and looks at you with his teary eyes. "forever?! how many weeks are you!?"
"13"
"oh my god!" he starts crying
"are you mad?"
"why would i be mad?! this is the best gift ever!"
you start crying with him cause you finally got a huge weight off your shoulders. he releases from the hug, he kneels down and puts his hand on your stomach. "my friends in there!!" he gives your stomach a little rub then kisses it "i did it! one ball wonder did it!"
