you, the trapboys and girls are going on a camping trip for a video for jake's channel. "the trapboys go camping" or some shit. (not a real video i just made it up) you didn't wanna go but all the girls are going so you didn't wanna be the one to miss out. not to mention you'll be home alone for 2 days
jake had to be extra and ofc rented a van to haul everyone and everything in.
a two hour drive later and you make it to the campground.
first thing yall do is get out the car and stretch. as you're stretching your shirt goes up and colby pokes your stomach playfully and runs away
"COLBYYY" you yell as you go to chase him
"OH GOD" he yells back trying to run from you
"alright kids help us set up the tents" sam yells to you two.
you two run back where everyone is and start helping
turns out the girls don't know how to do anything so you, tara, kat and dev start exploring around
"oh my god it's so hot i can't live like this" tara complains
"girl we've only been here 20 minutes" devyn says
"oh my god and i have no service!" she screams "JAKE THIS WAS A HORRIBLE IDEA!"
"WHAT!" jake asks from across the campsite
you and the girls go back to the tents
"thanks for the help" corey says
"should've saw that coming, we don't do this shit" tara explains and you and the other girls agree
"jake.. there's only two tents" you say
"yeah and?" he replies
"what are sleeping arrangements?" kat asks
"well i was thinking the boys in one and the girls in the other.."
"NO" all the girls say
"i can't not sleep without sam. i refuse." kat explains
"and im scared of the dark.. we all know what happened last time" you say
"ugh fine. you sam, kat and colby in the first tent, me tara, devyn and corey in the second.. we all agree?"
"yes" everyone says
you all then get your sleeping bags and shit and put everything you need in the tents. the sun hasn't set yet so now is the time to look for firewood
everyone walks through the woods picking up sticks and puts them in a bucket.. well everyone but tara
"tara dude you're not even helping" jake says
"BRO IM TAKING PICTURES. someone has to put something on the gram so everyone doesn't think we're dead."
"why would they think we're dead?" sam asks
"gee i don't know maybe because all eight of us are in the middle of the woods with no cell service" tara argues
"you used to call me on my cell phone" colby sings
"LATE NIGHT WHEN YOU NEEEED MYYY LOVE" the other boys tag along and skip away like fairies
"guys i can't do this, this is fucking stupid" tara says "i'm a city girl i don't do dirty shit like this i feel icky"
"the sun is basically set, we just need to go to bed then boom it's over we can go home" kat says
"yeah but.." you say but shush for a sec bc the boys are still singing 10 feet in front of you "it's gonna be a longgg night with them" you finish your sentence
EVER SINCE I LEFT THE CITYYY" the boys holler
"imagine if the four of them shared a tent.. ew!" kat says
you all get back to the camp. apparently starting a fire isn't a one man job so sam, colby and jake are doing that while corey's setting up the chairs and the girls grab all the snacks from the van
you go back to the van to get the polaroid camera for cute pics. when you get back you see all the seats are taken. ofc jake didn't bring enough. colby sees you standing there and taps his knee, signaling you to come sit on his lap so you do so.
you get comfy and lay your head in his chest. "you okay?" he whispers
"mhm just tired"
"woah there's no sleeping yet guys we still need to tell campfire stories" corey says
"alright i'll start.." jake says "once upon a time there were i don't know 4 girls and 4 boys who went on a camping trip for a youtube video"
"OH MY GOD SO SCARY" sam yells
"and then they accidentally summoned the kool aid man" colby adds on
"oh my god not this shit again." tara complains
everyone laughs but you hear something in the bushes behind you
"do you guys hear that?" you say
everyone shuts up for a minute and listens
"ON YEAHHH!" jake yells out of no where, you and kat scream
"jake don't fucking do that" tara says and lightly slaps him
