colby looks you up and down before walking you to his porch where sam was waiting.
"what's up y/n" sam says giving you a fist bump
"hey sam!" you say back.
colby opens the door, sam walks in first then you and colby follow.
"oh hi boys!" colby's mom says from the living room.
"hey mrs brock!" sam says
"oh my goodness you must be that cute girl cole said was coming over" colby's mom says and you giggle at the fact she called you cute and called him cole.
"uhhem" colby coughs
she walks over to shake your hand
"and what was your name hun?" she asked
"y/n! it's so nice to meet you!" you say happily, she just keeps holding your hand
"that is just gorgeous and you're polite too??" she says then turns her head to colby "you're right she is cute!!" she whispers to him and you start to freak out inside
"mom stop it!" colby blushes
"alright i'll leave you guys be"
colby grabs your other hand and starts walking towards the stairs and sam follows you two.
"you better be nice cole!" his mom says
"i will mom"
sam giggles
"you too samuel!" she says
colby guides you down the stairs to his basement.
"samuel?? cole??" you ask them as you sit on a bean bag
"you didn't know those were our real names?" sam asked
"no! the yearbooks say sam and colby and i didn't KNOW you till today" you reply as they sit on the couch facing you
"fair point." colby says
you three talk for a few minutes until sam gets up to the mini fridge to get a drink
"ya want anything?" sam says
"watcha got?"
"water, coke, dr. pepper, apple jui-"
"DR PEPPER!"
"i'll take one too" colby says
sam tosses you and colby a can then sits back down
"dr pepper is my fav" you say taking a sip
"us too!" they both say together
"wow we actually have a lot in common!" you say
"we really do!" colby says
"yeah only difference i can think of is you don't do band" sam says
"yeah im not a nerd" you say jokingly
"hey now" colby says "it wasn't our choice"
you three continue to talk about random stuff, and you're getting to know them a ton more.
you three are laughing until you're interrupted by colby's mom coming down the stairs.
"pizzas here!" she says setting the pizza on the coffee table
"thanks mom" he says
she smiles and goes her way back up the stairs
the boys race to the pizza and you laugh bc it's funny seeing them kinda fight over a stupid slice.
you grab two pieces and sit back down on the bean bag.
"so yall wanna watch a movie" colby asks, looking for the remote
"YEAHHH" sam chants
after like 5 minutes colby still can't find the remote so you help him look for it while sam finishes his pizza.
"sam get your ass up" colby throws a pillow at him "and help us look for the god dang remote"
"jesus okay jeez" he gets up and helps look, you turn your head to where sam was sitting and see the remote
"oh my god" you say in disbelief "look"
the boys turn their heads and see the remote
"damnit sam your fatass was on it the whole time!" colby yells but you three laugh it out
you didn't wanna sit on the couch in between them so you move the bean bag in front of them on the floor and lay on your stomach so they can see the tv
you guys couldn't agree on a movie so yall decide on toy story for gits and shiggles
when sid pops up on the screen sam screams and ofc that makes you turn around to look at him
"OH MY GOD! COLBY?!" sam yells
"DUDE WHAT?" colby yells back
"you didn't tell us you were in toy story!"he laughs and you laugh with him
"wait he does kinda look like colby haha" you say teasingly
"you guys suck" colby rolls his eyes
sam pulls out his phone and sees like 10 messages from his mom
"shit guys i gotta go my moms spamming tf out of me"
you guys walk to the porch "bye sammy!" colby says as yall watch him drive away
when yall can't see his car anymore you look into each others eyes at the exact same time and then he looks away awkwardly (yk what i mean???)
"curphew?" he asks
"12" you look back at him and notice he's smiling at you
he looks down at his phone, it's 11:15 how tf did time go so fast?
"wanna go back in for a bit?" he asks
"sure!"
he opens the door and you both go back downstairs he sits on the couch but this time, you sit on the other side of the couch. not the bean bag.
he patted the cushion next to him signaling you to sit by him so you did so. he puts his hand on your thigh and you immediately get butterflies
he removes his hand and your butterflies go away, you look up at him
"i'm sorry" he says
"for what?"
"first of all, i'm sorry about my mom"
you both giggle
"nah it's okay i loved her"
"also i'm sorry if you feel like im moving too fast.. i feel like i've been kinda blunt, i grabbed your waist, hands, called you gorgeous, im not saying that wasn't like me, im just saying sorry if you think im moving quick, i don't want you feeling uncomfortable because i really do like you and i-"
"colby-" you inturuped him. "there wasn't one time today where i felt uncomfy with you, and i know that you know i liked your hand on my waist, so don't apologize for any of that! cause quite honestly, i enjoyed every second. i really like you too.... i have since middle school colby.. i REALLY like you."
you scooch even closer to him if that's even possible, he looks up at you with lust in his big blue eyes. and your heart drops. you can't believe you just confessed your feelings
"is it bad that i really wanna kiss you right now?" colby asks
