your dream:
colby comes through the door and slams it closed. "i knew it." he says angrily
"the fuck is your problem?" you say
"don't act like you don't know. it's the same fuckery every time" he argues
"what are you talking about?" you say
"ya know what? i'm sick of this." he says then turns back around to the front door
"where you going?" you follow him and grab his hand
"DONT FUCKING TOUCH ME." he spat and pushes you to the floor.
tears immediately fall down your cheeks.
"i- i don't understand? i didn't do anything i promise" you cry
"yeah yeah that's what they all say. we're done. goodbye y/n" he spoke before slamming the door in your face
end of dream
you wake up and panic and immediately start to cry. colby doesn't hear you right away cause he is a heavy sleeper after all.
finally colby wakes up and he's so confused.
"what? what is it?" he asks very tiredly and groggily before a few more sobs escape your lips "are you dreamin?" he grabs your face gently
"i don't know. i thought you broke up with me" you cry
"oh" he kinda chuckles then hovers over you
"did you break up with me?" you whine
"no baby i was sleeping" he says in a raspy voice.
you continue to cry then roll over into his arms and he places kisses on your cheek
"you okay?" he whispers
"i don't know i'm scared" you cry
"you were just dreamin" he mumbles and rubs your back in slow circles
"i don't want you to leave me colby!" you cry
"im not going anywhere baby, i promise" he says half asleep
"that was scary" you whimper
"none of that was real baby i promise." he rubs the back of your head but you sit up to wipe away your tears
"you accused me of something i never did then you pushed me to the floor and left me. i was so confused. i didn't do anything" you cry
"baby i would never accuse you of anything. i would never do any of that, im sorry my dream person hurt you" he says, STILL half asleep "come here and let me hold you" he mumbles
you lay back down and he pulls you into his chest. "i got you okay?" he grabs your head then kisses your hairline "im right here" he rubs your back slowly again
"i love you!" you say in a shakey voice
"i love you more baby. you about gave me a heart attack"
"did i really?"
"yes it's alright, let's go back to sleep" he whispers
"im sorry"
"it's okay, i love you" he says before sleepily digging his head into your neck then placing soft kisses around
"i love you too" you mumble
