Samidha and Madur were getting close. Way too close for anyone's liking. Even the teachers could see how fast their relationship was escalating.

They sat together, randomly went out to drink tea together, didn't mind getting hit or hitting each other and very often, Madhur was seen sitting with his hand around her shoulder. Infact, he had also kept his hand on her waist when they were talking in a group.

It was so natural and casual to them that it annoyed people.

Or maybe not natural to them, but only her.

They were in the middle of the class when Madhur leaned in towards Samidha.

"You smell heavenly."
He whispered and Samidha grinned and looked at him.

"You like it? I changed my body wash."
She asked and Madhur nodded, admiring how cute she looked.
It was the thing with them. Nothing was how it looked. Samidha didn't give a shit about anything. She never reacted. Not when he kept her hand on her shoulder or her waist. Madhur tried to do everything to make her realise what exactly he wanted their relationship to be. But Samidha crushed all his hopes by being the way she was.

Madhur shook his head smiling softly and turned his concentration back to the lecturer.
Even if Samidha stayed aloof, never told him what was going on in her mind or what she was feeling, she was always there for him. Never did she once complain when he talked for an hour about some of his problems, never did she once tease him when he got in tears when an emotional scene in a movie came up.

She made him happy. And for the time being, it was the only thing that mattered.
Sitting with her, talking to her, being able to touch her and now, smell her.

BUT, there was a person who wanted him to do none of that. So when the bell rang and the teacher left the class, Sahaj towered over Samidha and picked her phone and books up.

"You are sitting with me."

Samidha shook her head no and took her books out of his hand.

Sahaj sighed and went back to his seat.

"Hey Samidha, someone is calling you!"

"Coming!"

And she was out. The receptionist was calling her to take her fee receipt with her.

But she didn't come back to Madhur on her bench.

Sahaj was sitting there, with his legs on the bench smiling smugly.

"Why are you sitting here?!"
She asked slapping her receipt down on the bench. She had seen and ignored it many times, but Sahaj bullied Madhur. And that guy never did anything.

Smirking he looked up at her with innocent eyes.

"Because I wanted to."

"This is not right Sahaj, Madhur was sitting there and-Sahaj!"
Looks like he had a habit of interrupting her. Because now, he pulled her down and Samidha fell on the bench on her bum.

"You always do this a............"

"And?"
He asked leaning towards her and getting very close to her. Looking in her eyes he realised just how much he missed them. From the time Madhur has come, she hasn't been talking to her properly and he wasn't getting any chance to look to her eyes and sink their beauty in his mind. And it infuriated him.

And that Priya. She annoyed him to bits.

"From now on, you are sitting with me and don't even think of sitting somewhere else otherwise.............."

"Otherwise what?"
She whispered, loosing her senses as Sahaj reduced their distance with every word he spoke.

"Otherwise I'll.........ahem.... nothing."
He whispered, but cleared his throat.
