"ANSWER ME!"
"What?"
"You would've had killed me if I'd have said one thing that he said but instead of saying anything you were defending that guy! Why didn't you say something to him?!"
Sahaj questioned angrily, not knowing whether he was angry because Samidha didn't say anything to that boy or because she was defending him."I can't possibly fight him you know. He's twice as big as me."
She argued and he snarled.
"You couldn't even say anything?!"
"Huh! He's just as aggressive as you are! One wrong word and he'll punch me. I can even die. But you won't understand it because all you've ever known is how to punch people and fight. You never wait to consider that there must be something why the other person is or isn't doing something. You just go around fighting."
She yelled angrily and ran away from there. It was quite shocking to see her running away from something. He sighed looking in the direction she went. He knew Samidha.
And what she said wasn't at all the reason why she didn't do anything. It was something else and he felt that maybe she would never tell him that._________________________________________________________________
"Did something happen?"
Madhur asked when Samidha aggressively threw Priya's bag beside Sahaj's and herself sat down beside Madhur."No."
"I know something happened. You seem off."
"What am I? A switch?"
She snapped and turned her head away from him."You seem off."
She mocked under her breath and seconds later she was apologizing."I'm so so so sorry I snapped at you. It was just, that guy pisses me off so much. He thinks he can demand answers from me! I was angry on him and I got rude to you. I really didn't mean to sound this rude. I'm s-"
She rambled and Madhur smiled softly. Keeping his hand around her shoulders he pulled her in a soft side hug.
"I understand it. Don't worry just relax."
She nodded and leaned back, letting her head rest on his bicep.
After a minute she heard him ask in a soothing voice
"What happened? Why were you so angry?""Nothing. I just overreacted. I'm sorry for snapping at you."
He chuckled and Samidha felt her heart suddenly leaping out of her chest. He looked like a painting. Unique, beautiful, original, captivating and what not.
Madhur was really something else. He was the best. He was a good, genuine and caring person. He was nothing like Sahaj.
And unlike Sahaj, Samidha liked him a lot. But she knew that in the whole world, he was that one person that she didn't deserve.
She knew herself and she knew that she would someday surely break his heart. It was inevitable.
And she'll never do that."I don't understand you. You don't apologise when you should and here you are, saying sorry for no reason at all."
She blushed and looked away.
"Manufacturing defect I guess."
She mumbled and felt him lean down towards her ear.
"Wanna guess something?"
He asked huskily, his voice sexy enough to make her..........you know."Wh-what?"
She asked, leaning away from him and not daring to look at him.
She can't handle him like this. No.
She was used to stupid, idiotic and sweet Madhur. Not the hot and sexy guy who was sitting with his hands draped around her shoulders.
