"Isn't he......................"
The boy stopped when he looked back at him. That death stare, that cold, deadly stare, it was famous among the students of the state capital.
"Who is he?"
Another boy asked and the previous one looked at him seriously.

"Sahaj Kashyap. Son of Aditya Kashyap, one of the richest man in this whole country and the richest in the state of Madhya Pradesh."

"So what? Just being rich on-"

"He's not just rich, he's powerful too. He fought with a guy once and the guy had 26 broken bones, he has to use a wheelchair now. And as you can see, nobody could even touch him."
Gasps were heard and Sahaj gritted his teeth. Why can't people mind their own fucking buisness.

His wrist watch ticked, ever so slowly.  And he continued to stare at the desk. He could hear boys talking about him and girls just talking about random things and laughing. Some people were studying and some were sitting alone, just like him.

3:45, his watch read. He sighed and looked at the door of the classroom. The lecture was supposed to start at 4:00.
Everything was irking him. The laughter, the talks and most importantly, the stupid coward people who were not brave enough to talk about him in front of him. Now he really wished for his best friend to be there.

And then, the door opened. It was a girl. She wore a cargo and a shirt, a sports watch on one wrist and a black knotted bracelet on the other. Her hair was in a pigtail, and slightly, stylishly messy. And there was a big line on her cheek. Formed probably by sleeping in something. Her eyes were red and mouth open in a big wide yawn, revealing her small pearl like teeth.

She smiled at the girls sitting on the front benches.

"I don't understand how you are late. You literally live here."
A girl asked and everyone giggled.

"Yeah. You should start sleeping here too."
Another one added and she rubbed her neck, yawning again.

"Well I did. Can't you tell looking at me?"
She said rubbing her eyes and looked at him. A long, reading gaze. She scanned his face, taking her sweet time, not caring if she looked like a creep.

After she had scanned him she turned to one girl and spoke
"You should've saved my seat. Now where do I sit?" She asked and then walked towards him, but then she went and sat behind him.

Good, now he would be annoyed all day.

"He still doesn't talk to anyone but Shubham. He doesn't even smile!"
Samidha heard a girl tell her friend. She was talking about Sahaj Kashyap. The quiet, always angry rich boy, with lot's of rumors about him.

She looked back at him, sitting on the fourt bench of third row. Beside him was Shubham, the prettiest boy of the class. He was good at everything. Looks, studies, sports, and talks.
If sweet talks had a face, it would be his. Many girls liked him. And some liked the boy beside him. If anger had a face, it would be his.

She never saw him smile. He was always frowning and was many times found glaring at people. If looks could kill, he would've killed thousands.

At first she thought, maybe he was just shy or not comfortable around others. Or maybe he just wanted to study and not get caught up in the friends drama. Even she used to not talk because of the same reason. But eventually you warm up to people, just like she did. And she thought he will too, but he never did. And she never thought much about it.

Maybe she had stared for way too long because now, Sahaj looked up at her, from his notebook. Their eyes locked for a second and she quickly averted her gaze. But she could feel his eyes on her.
